The master bedroom has an ensuite master bath and a king size bed. Bedroom two has a large closet and king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. The open concept living area features vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to make home cooked meals and all the appliances are stainless steel. The washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room accessed from the kitchen. The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a large glass patio table and umbrella. There is a charcoal grill as well as a Blackstone outdoor griddle for cooking along with a mini refrigerator to keep drinks cold while playing darts or cornhole.

Guest access:
This is a free -standing single family home with attached 2-car garage, guests have full access to the home via keyless entry.

There are electric hurricane shutters available in the event of high winds.
The house has solar power.
