  • Simma, paddla kajak, fiska eller hyr en båt på kanalen som leder ut till Mexikanska golfen! Detta ljusa och luftiga hus i två våningar står redo att välkomna dig och din familj :)

    En privat och lugn oas vid vattnet med extra stora skjutdörrar som ger vidsträckt utsikt över den södervända poolen och kanalerna. Det ultimata inom utomhus- och inomhusliv. Vi ligger 5 minuters bilresa eller 10 minuters cykeltur från många restauranger och bekvämligheter som Cape Coral och marinan har att erbjuda.

    Bekvämligheterna inkluderar en uppvärmd pool, ett anslutet spa, båtbrygga med lyft, gratis obegränsat höghastighets-Wi-Fi i hela huset samt flera smart-TV:ar med alla populära appar. Det finns gott om utrymme för måltider både inomhus och utomhus. Vi tillhandahåller även en kajak, flytvästar, flera cyklar samt leksaker och spel för hela familjen.

    Huvudsvit: Huvudsviten ligger på husets bottenvåning. Det är det enda sovrummet på bottenvåningen. Här finns en smart-TV, ett stort eget badrum med dubbla handfat, dubbla duschmunstycken i en rymlig duschkabin samt en klädkammare. Den har stora skjutdörrar som kan öppnas helt mot den inbyggda verandan och poolen.

    Banana Leaf-sviten: Denna svit har två queen size-sängar, en smart-TV, skrivbord och stol samt stora skjutdörrar som leder ut till en balkong med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och poolen. Eget badrum med tillgång till det gemensamma badrummet på övervåningen.

    Captain's Suite: Din alldeles egna queen size-säng, klädkammare och utsikt över ”ugglorna” som bor precis framför (mittemot) vår boende.

    Sunshine Suite: Perfekt för både små och stora! Här finns en trippelvåningssäng (2 dubbelsängar, 1 enkelsäng) och en spjälsäng. Leksakskista, spel och annat roligt ingår.

    Ytterligare sovplatser: Uttdragbar soffa i full storlek med minneskum i det rymliga vardagsrummet med välvt tak, samt

    Allt sänglinne, bad-, pool- och kökshanddukar ingår, liksom grundläggande toalettartiklar såsom schampo och duschgel.

Very nice place!! We had 4 grandkids with us and it was an awesome home!! I didn’t give a perfect 5 star only because the kitchen knives need to be improved on - but we loved this place and will stay were again if in this area!

we stayed for our annual family trip June 2026. There were 6 kids, including an infant and 8 adults. The house worked perfectly. The only thing I would state or recommend: we stayed in the room with the bunk beds / crib to be with our baby. The room could really use a chair to feed and rock when y with a little one. Also a noise machine, we brought one, thankfully. But with being two stories noise does carry up stairs. The house and all they provide was perfect. Pool towels had to be purchased, not sure if we missed them or perhaps they got taken accidentally. But that was minor.The kitchen is great for entertainment and the flow of the house is great. The bathroom outside by the pool is also perfect so no one is running in/out. Laura was great to communicate with. If we go back to this area we would stay again.

Overall the setting was sufficient. The pool and hot tub were nice. The outdoor setting was as described. The home looks updated, but several items were broken or in poor shape.The pocket doors were hard to open and close, most of the pocket doors didnt lock. Several cabinet doors and drawers were not functional. Many pots and pans looked like it came from the civil war. Most things were in good shape, but several items were not maintained well. The host was nice and responsive. She sent out someone to fix the pocket doors. (Although the one to the bathroom still didnt lock) . I didnt want to spend my trip complaining. I just felt like these should have all been fixed before any guests arrived.

We had a great family vacation. We arrived in multiple cars which made it perfect for the big drive way. Neighbors were friendly, pool was clean. It was a little chilly outside when we arrived and Laura warmed the pool a tad bit more for us to make it comfy for us to enjoy. Beds were wonderful. Over all stay was great.

We had a great stay at this home! So much for our little kids to do, even with the colder weather. The pool area was wonderful and it was fun to have a hot tub for the colder days too. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home!

We loved it!!

Beautiful house and quiet neighborhood. We had a mom and kids trip with 4 families and this house was a perfect fit. Everything was exactly as listed. The garage had so many beach items. Definitely recommend this house and host!

Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Lots of playthings for little tykes in 2 closets upstairs. A safety net surrounds pool. It’s wonderful even if you don’t have kids. Laurie was super accommodating and available immediately with any questions I had.

Wonderful time

Laurie is an amazing host and was super quick to respond to messages we had. The pool was perfect and heated in the morning for our little one to enjoy it! The kids toys and items throughout the house was so nice to have and kept our daughter occupied. This house is in a great location with many things to do and a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Cape Coral beach, shopping and dining. I will say this was the cleanest house we’ve stayed in and would recommend to anyone with or without kids.

Family Vacation 2023

We chose this place because we wanted a new place with access to new beaches and places we hadn’t been before and this gave us that. The owner was very nice and helpful. They were accessible throughout our journey and eager to help us anytime we needed it. They answered all our questions. I would recommend this location for your family vacation and the pool is great!!!!

Excellent house and guest

My husband and I took our children and three grandbabies for our first vacation with the Grands. The house was spacious, clean and was in a perfect location. Far enough away for privacy yet close enough for a run to the store! Would stay there again.Thank you Laurie!!!

we love it.

this was our first rental and we loved it. it had everything we needed and more. we played games we have not played as a family in years my 11 month old grandson loved his walk and the flooring because at home we have carpet and its hard to move so he was zipping everywhere. loved the pool. Loved the dock my brother brought his boat they went out fishing had a great time caught fish but released them. we just had a overall blast. would love to return on Christmas. I think that would be magical!!! thank you for the memories and opportunity.

Annual Cousins Trip

Overall, a great property to stay, the house has everything that's listed on the website, host was great in answering any questions. Was not responsive initially but once we checked in, she answered back within a very reasonable time. A/C wasn't working properly, she sent a tech to look into it and fixed it the next day. Overall I would give 4 stars for the house. Only thing I would point that was bad was the swimming pool was a bit dirty, it needs to be cleaned up. And also, this house was for 14 people, we had 11 on the trip and the living room needs to have a couple more chairs or sofas for all to sit together, we had to pull dining chairs when we all want to sit together in the living room. Currently not more than 7 people can sit there.

Great family stay for all ages

Master bedroom on ground floor is perfect. Quiet corner lot. Lots of space for everyone. Love the bikes and extras provided in the gargage. Owner is very responsive! Only 2 notes...first hot tub is only on certain hours unless requested and second no binder for favorites, instructions, etc. Wonderful property and great stay!!
