We recommend having a car to make the most of Cape Coral and the surrounding areas. The home offers free parking for up to 6 vehicles, making it convenient for families or groups. From the property, you’ll have easy access to Downtown Cape Coral, Walmart, Publix, restaurants, beaches, and nearby areas like Fort Myers Beach. Rideshare apps such as Uber or Lyft are also convenient options during your stay.

Stays longer than 7 days 🧼

For reservations longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee starting at $250 may apply, depending on the length of your stay. All arrangements are made before check-in through Airbnb.

Pool and outdoor areas 🌴

• Please keep the pool and patio areas tidy after use.
• Weekly pool and landscaping service is included.
• Out of respect for the neighborhood, please avoid loud music after 10:00 p.m.

Visitors and gatherings

The house is equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests.
If you wish to have visitors or host a small gathering, please let us know in advance.

• More than 8 people requires prior authorization.
• Maximum allowed with authorization: 15 people in total.
• A fee of $5 per additional visitor may apply during the day.

Additional Guests 🛏️

If someone needs to stay an extra night or two, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate availability and applicable costs.

To keep the house comfortable and maintain the system:

• Day: 73 °F
• Night: 65 °F
• Checkout: 76 °F
• If you use the pool frequently, keep the temperature at a minimum of 73 °F

Before checkout 🏡

• Keep the kitchen sliding door closed.
• Turn off the lights before leaving.
• Place used towels in the basket next to the washing machines.

Events and Gatherings
Events and parties are not allowed.
Only small birthday gatherings or family visits are permitted, with a maximum of 12 people, always with prior authorization and additional fees.

• If your reservation is for 4 guests and 5 additional visitors arrive, you must pay for those extra visitors, even if they are only staying for the day.
• If someone wishes to stay overnight for one or several weekdays (even if not for the entire stay), you must inform me in advance and an additional nightly fee will apply.
• The total number of people on the property, including guests and visitors, may not exceed 12 without prior approval.
• A fee of $5 per additional person applies beyond the number of guests included in the reservation.
• An additional cleaning fee will also apply, depending on the size and type of gathering.

Patio Use
• The backyard does not have a roof, tables, or chairs.
• If you plan to use the outdoor area for a gathering, you must bring your own canopy, tables, and chairs.

Security
• Security cameras are installed around the property for protection.
• Any damage to the property or items during a gathering may result in additional charges.

Regular Stays (No Gatherings)
• All trash must be placed in the bins located on the side of the house.

Dishes and Glassware
• If there are only a few items, you may leave them in the sink.
• If there are several, please place them in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle.
• Two detergent pods are provided for your use.

Long Stays
We offer additional cleaning services upon request; please notify us in advance to coordinate time and pricing.

For stays of 8 days or more, regular maintenance is already included:

• Pool cleaning: weekly
• Lawn care: weekly during rainy season and twice a month during dry season

Stays Longer Than 28 Nights
For reservations over 28 nights, professional cleaning twice a month is required, at a cost of $300.
This fee is in addition to the initial cleaning and will be requested monthly through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
You will always be notified before the service—no surprise charges.

Pool and Safety
• The pool depth ranges from 3 ft to 7 ft (approximately 1 to 2 meters).
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Life vests are recommended for children and for anyone who is not an experienced swimmer.
