★ We also have 3rd party jetski rentals, don’t forget to use the code: DIAMOND when you book it!!!

★ Please note that If you are bringing pet they must be included in the stay as there are pet fees. 🐾 no large breed dogs allowed up to 50lbs 🐾

★ For guest safety and our safety we have installed Nest doorbell with camera and Outside driveway Camera between garages.

★ Age minimum for booking, 25.
★ Check in 4pm
★ Checkout 10am
★ Only the guests included in the booking are allowed on the premises.
★ No parties or events.
★ Quiet hours 10pm-7am.

★ The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. For longer than 30 days stays professional cleaning is required every 2 weeks.
★ The number of guest in booking is firm and was set by the guest at time of booking. If guest arrives or occupy the property with more people like booked, he violate the agreement and will be charged according to the amount based on the price in the listing.
★ This is a Non-Smoking house, only smoke outside. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for deep cleaning after smoking at the property.
★ In case the villa is left badly dirty or with marks, spots, fat drips inside deep clean will be additionally charged with $250 (as we need to order additional cleaning crews for that).
★ Please clean drops on the pavers immediately as especially fat or sauce drips not immediately removed will require a pressure wash of the lanai/pavers.
★ Propane is not included. if the tank connected to the BBQ is empty you can get a refill at the local store or use spare propane in the garage.
★ If something is damaged during your stay, please mention it to the property manager before you leave, write a note or send an E-mail. Damage to facility, equipment or furniture are to be reported immediately by phone or E-mail.
★The pool and garden service companies will normally come once a week or every two weeks depending on the season directly to our property for the usual service/cleaning.
★ No AC under 70 or will freeze
★ Pool is on your own risk and responsibility. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or violations.
★ No glass or breakable containers in the pool and patio area.
★ No diving.
★ No minors in the pool area without any adult supervision.
★ Use bathroom not the pool.
