Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the home itself was clean and well-maintained. The location was great, and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.There were, however, a few issues that affected our experience. The sheets were made of a flannel-type material, which was surprisingly warm given the 90-degree Florida weather. The pillows were also very flat and could use replacing.When we arrived, the pool was green and cloudy, so we weren't able to enjoy it right away. The property manager responded promptly after we notified them, and the pool was cleaned up, but it would have been nice to have it ready for use upon our arrival.The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It stopped working, and the indoor temperature remained in the 80s for about 24 hours. Initially, we were told the unit was new and that keeping the doors and windows closed would resolve the issue. It was later determined that the AC needed a new motor. The property manager did work to get it repaired and provided us with a $50 credit for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.Overall, the home has a lot of positives, but we feel there are a few maintenance and comfort items that should be addressed to provide a better experience for future guests.
