The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking. It is a boater's paradise with the the property offering gulf access as well as a boat dock.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport. Feeling TipSea features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts plenty of light with windows facing the pool area and a glass door. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
