Flamingo House is an open space three bedroom and 2 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Flamingo House features unique décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king size beds and one pyramid style bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top).
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautiful set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. The Villa features a family room with reclining chairs as well as a big screen TV in addition to a formal living room with another Smart TV option.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless appliances as well as center island, there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the family living room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
**The garage is not available to our guests as owner stores his personal items in it**

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the high-top table on the dock with amazing views down the canal.
