Under cover, shaded from the sun, you'll find a dining and living area, complete with large streaming TV and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen has a farmhouse sink, counter prep area, mini fridge and gas grill. (Then purchase of propane, if needed, if the responsibility of the guest.) Please note, the canal behind the home is a freshwater canal and doesn't have a dock or water usage access.

The owner has installed exterior security cameras on the house and in the garage for security and insurance purposes.
Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.
