Gulf Access POOL Home in SE Cape Coral!! 3/2 with a large open living space!

Beautiful eastern exposure pool home in Southeast Cape Coral!! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath house. One king size bed, one queen size bed, one room with two twin beds. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. Private Pool, WiFi, cable tv local channels on livingroom tv. All bedrooms have TV's that can be used for Chromecast, fire stick, or any gaming sytems that you bring along for your trip. Screened in swimming pool and lanai with table to eat outside and a couch! Located on canal with its own boat dock that is direct access so no bridges to the water! Located close to beaches, parks, Sunsplash water park, boating and fishing and lots more! Washer and Dryer to use. For a pool fee the pool can be heated for $18 per day for a warmer swim depending if you need it for the time you are coming.
This home really is a good one!!

Fabulous stay

Stayed for almost 2 months at this beautiful home. We had the pool heated and it was wonderful. Very large lanai area. Updated appliances and everything you would absolutely need for your stay. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Great girls trip

This property is easy access to shopping, beaches, Sanibel and Pine Island. Very responsive property manager- when we arrived our key code didn’t work but she was very easy to reach. Nice touches with beach chairs, sunscreen, and even bikes if we wanted to use them.

Perfect and clean!

This was a perfect house! Sparkling clean, well stocked and updated kitchen, beach chairs and towels, comfortable furniture. The pool, when heated, was terrific and the lanai is spacious with great furniture. We saw and caught fish in the canal and it is a very safe and perfect neighborhood to walk/run. We really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient

Nice location near Veterans bridge with easy access to Fort Myers and Cape Coral destinations. Well equipped, nice pool lanai area, quiet neighborhood and excellent master bedroom mattress.

Upon arrival at the property we smelled a bad odor in the driveway. It turns out there were maggots in the trash can. That was bearable as trash day was coming soon. The home is in a nice area close to food and shopping. The home is an older home which is fine. The major drawback was the temperature of the home. Upon entering the home the thermostat was set to 84 I’m pretty sure which is somewhat understandable considering it’s vacant between renting dates. But, as the thermostat was moved down to 74 the home failed to cool appropriately especially the spare bedrooms. Yes, I could have contacted the property manager during the stay but a new AC unit wasn’t going to be installed during our stay. Thankfully, ceiling fans made the master bedroom comfortable, the living room bearable but the spare bedrooms were entirely too hot during the summer in Florida. Also, the toilet seat was about to come of the master toilet, light cover missing in master bath and sugar ants in the kitchen as it appeared the recycle bin had residue left in in previously. The home is in a nice area but I definitely wouldn’t rent here again. For the pros, the kitchen had been recently remodeled and the canal is very nice to look at every day.

Very cute, clean house. Beds were ok, a little on the hard side for our preference, showers/bathrooms very nice. Pool was perfect for our small group (5). Only negative I have is the cable TV. You get like 5 channels, and master and livingroom run the same channel.. you cannot change to your own in the master.. and with littles that big box can be a life saver. They do have a bunch of movies, only a handful were suitable for children. Other than that we had an amazing time. Everything was as it should be.

Everything we needed

Was looking for a quite place while our son was down for spring break. This place had what we were looking for. Quite neighborhood away from the craziness of the beach. Spent most of the days in the pool since temps were in the 90's for most of our stay. Conveniently located close to downtown Cape Coral and also other necessities i.e. grocery / beverage stores.

Amazing property! Highly recommend

The house was great. Everything was clean had a private boat dock. We rented a boat parked it at the house for the week. We loved the pool it was a little cold the first day, but contacted owner and they turned up the heat a little and it was perfect.

Great FAMILY GETAWAY!!

This was our first VRBO experience and it was amazing! So easy to check in. Amazing pool, kitchen was large and clean. Had great amenities for the beach, etc. had questions when there and management was so quick to respond and nice. Great location to go to Sanibel, and other beaches while making it easy to come home and social distance ourselves and be “home”. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Nice neighborhood home

Very much enjoyed the house. Very easy checkin/check out. Very well stocked home...pots,pans,towels,beach items etc. Sm problem with fan in master but minimal inconvenience. Quiet neighborhood, nice relaxing lanai and pool..outside seating etc. Would definately stay here again.
