Intervillas Florida - Villa Ambiente

Villa Ambiente - Large windows/sliders, modern bathrooms with rain showers, tiled floors throughout the house and fine furniture guarantee holiday feeling as soon as you enter the house for the first time! The family-friendly Villa was carefully renovated and newly furnished in winter 2016/2017. Children up to 2 years stay for free.

The 230 square meter house has 5 spacious bedrooms. The master room has direct access to the pool deck, thanks to two sliding doors, and has its own bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. The junior master also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms have ample walk-in closets to conveniently store your travel wardrobe.

The lovingly furnished children's room and the two other bedrooms, which are very bright and spacious, share a bathroom with shower and toilet and have access to the pool deck. There is 1 high chair available.

The open kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired and, like the living area, has a wonderful view of the pool deck. The modern dining area offers enough space for 10 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine - don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!

In the comfortable living area there is a 60 inch flat screen TV and a stereo system. 4 more televisions are in the bedrooms. German TV is also available! The living and outdoor area is equipped with a SONOS system. An air hockey table guarantees fun for everyone. WLAN Internet access is available free of charge.

Terrace and pool deck face west. Enjoy the sun after breakfast and let yourself be pampered by the sunset at dinner. The terrace has a large seating area for 10 people. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

The large, electrically heated pool, a spacious pool deck, as well as a boat dock with sunbathing platform invite you to sunbathe. You will be amazed how many animals live here in the canals: fish, small turtles and with a bit of luck, you can also see dolphins or manatees.

The location of Villa Ambiente is ideal for boat trips as you don't have to go through locks and you are only 15-20 minutes away from the Caloosahatchee River and the Intercostal Waterway. Explore the offshore islands Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach by boat. A recommended experience here in the Venice of America!

By car you can reach the port and nearby shops in only a few minutes.

The truth

Stayed at this property 3/20/25-3/28/25. Pro’s: nice locationnice poolnice dock areaLots of bedroomsGood sized kitchenKayaks were a nice touchOutdoor shower is greatThere is a high chair (with no tray) and a pac-n-playFully stocked kitchen, even some food and drinks in the refrigerator and the freezer when we arrived Cons: THIS IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY HOUSE. There is glass furniture, lamps, glassware and other decorations everywhere. At every turn was something else that could be broken. If you bring a toddler with you, plan to never sit down.Tile floors throughout the house are impassable with wet feet. Many in our group fell throughout the week. Showed up to no roof covering on the house, just felt paper. Ok, repairs happen. At least they didn’t while we were there. Pool was cold for first 2 days. Property manager assured us it was set to 85. When she finally came she realized that wasn’t the case. Issue resolved. Ceiling fan in the 2 twin bed bedroom would not work, nor the tv in the rear left bedroom. we were told the handyman would reach out to schedule a time. Didn’t happen. Kitchen refrigerator/freezer leaks water onto the floor. Property manager told us said she was aware of the issue. Wasn’t resolved. Plan on 1 towel per day to stop water from leaking across the kitchen floor.Dryer never worked properly. Finally stopped turning on altogether. got a working dryer on day 7. There are no hooks or clothesl

Fabulous Week in Cape Coral!

Our family loved the week we spent at this gorgeous house! Was in a great location to visit everything we did, including 2 Twins games at Hammond Stadium, a trip to watch the Twins in Venice, Florida, a visit to Lovers Key State Park, and the Murder Mystery Dinner Train in Fort Myers, plus visiting various restaurants and breweries. The pool area at this villa was wonderful. We enjoyed swimming, eating and playing games at the lanai table and watching TV both inside and out! Our host was so kind and responded quickly to our correspondence. We have already said that our next trip to Florida will be at Villa Ambiente!
