One of best places we stayed in the area, quit neighborhood, park located close by for morning walks, house was centrally located to tons of beaches restaurants and all the local New Year’s Eve activities!!! Definitely will stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was amazing—quick, helpful, and friendly. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was definitely the highlight; we spent so much time swimming, lounging, and enjoying the peaceful outdoor space. The location was convenient to [shops/restaurants/beach if true], yet still felt private and quiet. We felt right at home and will definitely return! The sunsets were so beautiful!

The house had everything we needed. We were able to use the garage which made it nice for getting groceries when it was raining. We arrived a little early, housekeeping was still cleaning, but they allowed us to come in, cause we had no where to go until check in. The only thing the fountains on the pool were shut off when they cleaned it, and never came back in, but didn’t impact our stay. We still enjoyed the pool just the same and loved our entire week there! Would definitely stay again!

Tranquility

We had a wonderful stay. The kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. We all enjoyed fishing from the dock on the canal. The house is stunning. The location is perfect. The nearby beaches are amazing. This house and its location offers something for everyone.

Beautiful Home

Spacious home. Loved the open air feel when the window doors were open to the pool area. The counter space and master shower can’t be beat. Having a deck area to fish was an added bonus.

Fantastic home with everything you need

Fantastic location and the house is exactly as described. Very comfortable and roomy with all the comforts of home. The best part is that it was central to all the locations we wanted to go to (Venice / Wauchula / Ft Myers Beach / Lovers Key) and shopping was very convenient for groceries or drugstore needs. The best part though was that the manatees came twice in the evenings to the inlet we were on and we got to watch them graze!

Great Place to Stay!

For our trip of enjoying the sunshine, the pool and a couple baseball games for a week, this was the perfect set up. There was a nice grill with fridge, water and counter space outside. And plenty of additional seating and lounge chairs by the pool. It was just as the pictures portrayed and the host helped us out with a pack and play. The house was very clean and had all the things needed for our stay. Contactless entry was a breeze and there was a booklet that listed clear house rules (we appreciate no pets and no smoking) along with things to do around Cape Coral. Somewhat new development so not a lot of people or noise. We loved the house and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property

Immaculate, beautiful property. Communication with property manger was the best I have received when renting. We rent at least one or two times a year and would absolutely come back to this property.
