  • Njut av de mest fantastiska veckorna i Villa Sunset Serenade. Vardagsrummet i loungestilen i Miami, det stora öppna köket, de korsande sovrummen över kanalen, gratis WIFI upp till 75 mbit, gratis telefonsamtal över hela USA. Alla tre badrummen är vackra upparbetade, perfekt städade och rena och får dig att känna att du är i paradiset. Det stora utomhusområdet täckt med en insektsskärm och den fina stora uppvärmda poolen och spaet där du kan njuta av en perfekt utsikt över de fyra korsande kanalerna som ligger vid huset. För båtfans har vi en ny båtbrygga installerad. Villa ligger bredvid många stormarknader och Cape Coral är en perfekt bas för alla resor till landet, låt det vara Sanibel Island, Everglades, Fort Myers, Tampa, Miami eller Orlando, känt för flera temaparker som Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios och Sea World.

The house is wonderful and has everything you could want for a vacation. We were 4 adults and a 10-year old and everyone had what they needed. Very clean, everything worked, and there were loads of towels! With all the dips into the spa and pool, that was a plus.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.Die Villa ist sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und bietet einen tollen Außenbereich. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Grill und der Whirlpool. Der große Pool war etwas frisch, was aber wahrscheinlich auch an den kühleren Außentemperaturen lag. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Relaxing stay

This was our 2nd stay, this time for 3 weeks. So relaxing and we spent much of the time just chilling by the pool. The house has everything you need for a home from home stay and we recommend this property 100% ! We’re already looking at dates for another visit !

Relax and unwind, enjoy the sunshine

This was our 3rd family trip to this beautiful home during 4th of July week. Enjoyed the pool, bbq, playing games or watching movies in the evening. Grand daughter even fished a little with her Pops. Lovely fireworks from all angles.

Awesome outdoor area - beautiful. Loved all the space, reclining couches, & kitchen extras. Only negative was that the entrance to the twin bedroom was through the master bedroom.

Just perfect!

Our family of five just stayed at Liana‘s property this April and it was perfect! It was just what we were looking for to relax! The location is great. It is pretty centrally located so you can easily plan a day trip to Fort Myers or Sanibel Island. The house is very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay there again!

This house is so beautiful and comfortable. It's even more beautiful than the pictures. So many amenities. The pool and hot tub are perfectly wonderful. Great place for families with children. When we come back next year I am definitely booking this house again!

Perfect getaway and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The pool and outdoor space is amazing, a few things need to be updated but overall it was a great experience. We had a little trouble with one of the beds but when we called they came and fixed it right away. Would definitely stay here again as it is centrally located to do many things in the area.

Cape Coral Gem

This is our fourth stay and as usual the house does not disappoint. Great location, clean, and the house is so spacious! Even though it rained (so no trips to the beach) it didn’t put a damper on our trip because we had the pool so we could take immediate advantage of break in the weather.

Excellent stay – Home was beautiful, well equipped with all amenities, super clean, owners were quick to respond to rental request, property manager Tonnie was exceptionally quick respond to our 2 minor questions upon arrival. We enjoyed the Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ grill and Water view. Publix grocery store was less then 5 minutes away as well as some nice restaurants. We will give Tonnie 10 stars if we could her husband John and her really went out of their way to help us out of a jam upon leaving. We forgot our Passports in the house and already checked in our rental car. Tonnie’s husband John drove to the Airport with our passport to save us. A very class act – Thank You, Thank You !!!!!!!!

Beautiful Property

The photos really do not do this place justice. It was beautiful. Bedrooms and living room were huge as well as the kitchen. Pool and hot tub area were amazing. Would 100% recommend a family to stay here. Owners were also responsive and friendly.
