VRCC Villa Bayshore

This fantastic holiday villa is located in the best yacht club location of Cape Coral, very close to the marina. It has a fantastic view down the entire, overly wide canal.

It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas of Cape Coral. The harbor is only 5 minutes away. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This holiday home is especially suitable for families with children.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It offers not only fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (2 minutes) but also sailboat access. That means no bridge or tight spot prevents you from renting a big boat. The matching boat can be booked as an option to this house and will be handed over by a competent boat driver on your arrival. Boat instructions and appropriate tips will be on site. A BOATING LICENSE IS NOT REQUIRED.

From the pool you can enjoy the fantastic view down the canal. The south orientation guarantees the whole day sun on the pool deck. Nevertheless, the spacious covered terrace area provides enough shade if you want. The pool (which is electrically heated) brings the water to a comfortable temperature that you can choose for yourself, at any time of the year. An outdoor shower is just as much a part of this home as a large BBQ grill.

From the elegant, light-filled living room (with 60 "TV) you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the wide canal and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely. This creates that great interior-exterior feeling.

In addition to the large master bedroom (42'LCD) with king size bed and walk-in closet, there is another king size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 queen size beds in the 3 & 4 bedroom.

In the master bedroom you'll find a large bathroom with double vanity and a spacious shower. From the guest bathroom with shower you have direct pool access.

Also from the completely new kitchen with oven, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave you have the fantastic pool and canal view. In addition to the usual filter coffee machine, a Keurig coffee machine is available.

The living room, dining room, master bedroom and guest bathroom have direct access to the pool.

Furthermore, there is free high speed WiFi throughout the house.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in a great location, has a great view and is perfect for boaters. Our reason for the mediocre rating is because VRCC property management did not resolve an issue about the property not being as shown on VRBO. When the rental agreement was signed the photos on VRBO showed a screened in back yard pool as does our contract. Somehow, months after our contract was signed, that photo was changed showing no screen and we were not notified. The property no longer had a screened in area upon arrival. We were not able to enjoy the evenings outside because of the mosquitos.

After Cruise Relax 012023

A very nice house to spend time to relax and enjoy the Southern Florida weather. The property is very clean, updated with beautiful furniture, and furnishings. The pool area was very clean and the water was nice and warm. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing

The sunsets are amazing from this property. The seating outside is so comfortable and we loved just sitting on the dock all day! The interior is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with pans, and utensils, and the kitchen island is huge and very functional. The set up of the living area is perfect for viewing the water and the tv. Very nice place - we loved it!

Great location

The house is darling! Decorated great! The dock has awesome views. we had our fishing boat with us and the dock worked out perfectly! The pool was fine, might need a make over. The bedding in the master needs replacing. The bathrooms were nice. The appliances were top notch. Communicating with the manager was a bit frustrating. My contacts name was Andy, texted him early move in morning, never heard from him. Bjorn showed up move in morning, gave pool instructions and left. I messaged him before we left and still haven't heard back. We would stay at the house again, we are trying to make the move down to Cape Coral, we love the area.

What a lovely home!

I rented this home for a little over a week. It was a great location . Close to shops, restaurants, beaches and nightlife. The view was beautiful from the dock. We could watch the sunset every night which was such a site to see over the canal. The house was spacious and clean. Our air conditioner hadn’t worked the night we got there and when I called the property manager, he was very attentive to the situation and rectified it quickly. If you’re looking for a place in Cape Coral, you should check this one out.

Perfect to celebrate milestone birthday!

Home was perfect for 4 couples that celebrated a milestone bday! Home was clean & offered all amenities. We enjoyed having coffee on the dock in the mornings before a fun-filled day. The outdoor pool space was perfect for us to gather & wind down after hanging out at the beach all day. We found it close to all the beaches that we had on our list. Neighborhood was friendly & safe. Check in was a breeze. The only thing I would recommend would be to have enough beach chairs & a wagon for 8 guests. This didn't hinder our stay but it would have been nice for us all to have chairs. In addition, a beach wagon would have been nice too. Again, not that it hindered our stay but we have stayed at other VRBO's & this has always been provided. There was a cooler for us to use & we appreciated that. Also, it would be nice to leave specific instructions for check out. All-in-all, a wonderful stay!

What a gem! We'll be back!

Shoreview was a delightful property, as soon as you walked in the door we felt right at home. The layout was great for 2 adult couples, plenty of room. The views from the patio were awesome, even the dogs were in heaven! We will definitely be back next year. If you are on debating on renting the boat, DON'T! Do it! Sunset cruises are the best and just trolling through the river was so gorgeous! Thank you everyone at VRCC for such a great experience! Laura S

Beautiful house + location

Beautiful bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen and a lovely outdoor pool area. It was perfect for a girl's weekend. My only complaint is that they would not let us change dates when we had a conflict come up, so two people missed out on the trip. Of course this is up to the owners, but I'd never been refused a VRBO request date change before. Just be sure you are 100% on board with your dates, because this property is not only no refunds but also no date changes.

Only good things to say...

Our family rented this home for a week. We have three teenagers and one school aged. The room set up was perfect for us with the master and other bedrooms split. The kitchen was well equipped. The fixtures and finishings were high quality when so many rental properties cheap out in this area, even the towels were great quality and so thick! The absolute best part was the pool for our young one and the dock for our teens. We spent so many hours fishing off the dock. They only suggestions I have would be some dish soap for hand washing dishes, a bit more of a toilet paper allotment(we had to buy some), and cable tv in the master was finicky. We sadly left today and everyone is already asking when we can come back! When we do, this will be where we stay again. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Great Location, Excellent Kitchen, Great Pool & View

Loved this property. Very clean and seemed newly renovated. Location is super close to the river. We could control the pool heat ourselves and we rented a boat and used the lift. Everything was in great condition. You cannot beat the pool area seating and spaces for shade and sun. Truly awesome! Property manager was VERY responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great spot for a short stay

We found this property to be very comfortable for our 4-night stay. Cape Coral is so close to so many things and the neighborhood here is very lovely. Great place to walk day or night (also good for dog walking). I would echo previous comments regarding the king beds.....very worn/tired. If you have back issues at all, stick with the queen beds.

Cute place but had a few issues during our stay

The house and area looked great but when we got there we noticed there were still crumbs on the dining table, pool looked dirty, and found grape vines outside by the pool as if no one cleaned before our check in. The Master bedroom bed is really uncomfortable and sinks in a great deal but that is nothing that bad. I loved the area and how close everything is. It was a quite neighborhood and everything was decorated well. My big issue was that the pool was filthy and the only reason we purchased the home was for my Daughter's birthday and she really just wanted to be in the pool all day. When we noticed we call the property manager and he came right away which was great but said it was probably just the pool color as it needs to be resurfaced. Still a little worried as I did not want to get my two kids sick I took the water to Pinch a penny to be tested and they gave me a report saying the water is in no way ok to swim in and to fix this will take a day or two. Obviously this made a big wrench in my daughters birthday and she was not able to use the pool for 2 of the 4 days we stayed there. Property manager was great and got it resolved as fast as he could but I could not give my daughter back her birthday and I was a bit surprised the owners did not discount the price or offer an apology as I only rented the house for the " Pool". This was in August and I know they now have a better pool company. Also, there are very limited supplies which is fine but I think it is good to make guest aware before hand so we could bring over some of the essentials that are usually stocked in rental homes. Overall, I know my situation was different. The home is great minus the bed and the pool issue we have. It is still a great home to rent but I like to state everything for others renting in the future. I have rented different homes in Florida over the years and appreciate honest reviews.

So peaceful here!!!

We were in town a few days for baseball and really enjoyed our time at the house. The kitchen and bathrooms were fantastic. Only suggestions- King mattresses need replaced and more TVs in extra bedrooms but other than that it was perfect.

Better than expected

Pictures of staged homes typically look better than they are in person. That was not the case here. It was exactly what it looked like. Very clean and accommodating. I have only one complaint. The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Completely sunken in in the center. Like I said, everything here was absolutely perfect. But when it comes to getting rest on vacation. I find that to be very important. There are three other rooms in the house. A couple who stayed with us complained of the same thing. Back right corner bedroom. One bed was not slept in and the other that was. He said the mattress was just fine. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you could need to prepare a solid meal. But bring your spices! The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. The backyard view and lounging chairs were a treat. A/C is a must for me. The house felt great. Overall, we enjoyed our time spent here.
