Something very special is the small, private and secluded outdoor shower area including the garden, which can only be reached via the master bathroom. Of course, it is completely protected by an insect net.

However, the first thing that catches your eye when you enter the house is the Tesla solar roof, which can help reduce electricity costs as these are already fully covered by our flat rate.

When you enter the Seaside Villa Arte Vita you enter the bright living area with a pool table, a comfortable seating area for 8 people and an 82" TV and Dolby surround system. For music lovers, there are integrated Sonos speakers throughout the villa and outside, which you can use to conveniently stream music from your mobile phone.

Directly adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with counter and the dining area with enough space for 8 people.

The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a smart TV and also integrated Sonos speakers and a Sonos5. From here you also have direct access to the pool area. The walk-in dressing room offers enough space for suitcases and clothes. The master bathroom with walk-in rain shower, double vanity, bathtub, separate toilet with its own door and the "Private Garden" with outdoor shower leave nothing to be desired.

The three other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are also equipped with a king-size bed, a Smart TV and integrated Sonso speakers as well as a Sonos5. The walk-in dressing rooms have enough space for suitcases and clothes. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet.

Thanks to the extra wide plot, the outdoor area is another highlight of our Seaside Villa Arte Vita with a perfect view over a wide canal towards the sunset. Enjoy barbecue evenings with the outdoor kitchen and a cool wine or beer with family and friends. Whether at the dining table, which offers space for 8 people, or on the comfortable sofa lounge.

The heated pool (at no extra charge) with a length of 42,6 feet offers enough space to swim laps. You can also cool off in complete relaxation on the integrated lounge area or enjoy the sunset from the whirlpool. Combined with the modern pool lighting, it's a fantastic experience.

There are also 8 sun loungers available for relaxing sunbathing. The pool area also has a shower with hot and cold water as well as direct access to one of the guest bathrooms and a guest bedroom.

Another way to enjoy the sunset is directly on the canal on the long boat deck. The in-house boat lift is also available for rental boats.
