Welcome to tropical paradise. This expansive open-floor plan has plenty of room for family and friends to gather. Walk out the French doors to the spacious lanai and start relaxing, enjoy lounging in the sun or a swim in the heated pool. It's the perfect area for you to hang out with family and friends or just read a book. Don’t miss walking and biking through the beautiful neighborhood, walking down to your own private dock to relax, fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or the Gulf of Mexico. The Caloosahatchee River is only 15 minutes away. The perfect day doesn't end there—watch the colorful sky as the sun goes down while cooking a steak on the gas grill, dining on the lanai, followed by a peaceful moonlit evening swim.
Once inside the home, you'll find spacious, light filled rooms with spectacular views of the water. The house has a very open light and airy feel to it. Access the expansive lanai from the living room and 2 bedrooms. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with island and seating for 4 with a dining area, a big screen TV and comfortable sofas and linens and towels.
Five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, make this the perfect home for 5 couples or large families traveling together. The master bedroom ensuite features a TV, king bed and on the other side of the home there are 4 guest bedrooms, each with their own TVs, 2 bedrooms have access to Jack & Jill bath. This home is perfectly arranged and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels, bath gel, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, gas grill, etc., this is a home away from home --just bring your swimsuit and start enjoying.

This home is more beautiful than the pictures!!! Loved the pool, location, and just everything about the home. We had an issue with the door not locking (batteries needed replaced), after a quick call Steve was there in just a few minutes, replaced the batteries. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home and it was just as it was pictured. We loved the cleanliness and layout of the home. There were also nice features like bikes to ride, pool toys, and beach chairs and beach towels that we could use. My husband enjoyed fishing on the deck and we all enjoyed the heated pool every evening. The hosts, Mike and Sue and property manager, Steve, were very communicative and answered any questions or concerns we had in a professional and prompt manner. There was also a thorough and detailed brochure that was provided that was very informative and helpful.There were just a couple of critiques that I had: The signs displayed regarding the hot tub should be removed, as there was no hot tub on the premises. Removing the sign would eliminate any confusion and unnecessary calls to the host. Also, the host may want to label some of the light switches in the home since there are quite a few, and it wasn't always evident what was their purpose. Lastly, although we have no problem leaving the home clean, I don't think laundering towels and stripping beds should be included. However, If the cleaning fee is reduced, I think that is fair. Overall, I give this property a 10 out of 10, and we would definitely return! The home and neighborhood are beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and any family would have a great time here! Thank you for providing an awesome property for our Christmas vacation!
