The house was clean very well stocked with everything you could need . The beds were comfortable , The kitchen was well stocked paper towels cleaning supplies aluminum foil plastic wrap lots of things that you must sometimes buy or bring your own were already there. There was even ketchup mustard and a couple of beers in the fridge! The grill on the lanai worked out great we used it most days. Pool was clean and clear owner stopped and allowed me to increase the pool temperature for my handicapped daughter as she doesn't tolerate anything less than very warm water. I,m sure it cost him a increased electric bill but he didn't seem to mind. Paul and Sue the owners responded to any message within minutes usually by calling me right back. I couldn't find a grill brush and they brought one to the house an hour later! They seemed to genuinely want our stay to be enjoyable. They offered suggestions for where to go fro the live music etc.The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai even on days it was too cool to use the pool(most days as we were there in January) Highly recommended
