Looking to relax near the water? This home is comfortably set up with central air-conditioning, ceiling fans in every bedroom and main area, and tile-style floors to keep guests comfortable - to say nothing of the luxurious private pool! Relax on the back dock, or launch a kayak for a relaxing paddle around the area. Come inside and relax amid the stylish beachy decor. The open kitchen's design (complete with full-size appliances and a French door refrigerator) makes it so everyone can cook and chat together. Beach towels, pool noodles, and floats are provided so guests can have extra fun in the water. There's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves in this lovely home.

Just 14 miles from Fort Myers Beach, guests can quickly transfer from relaxing in the pool to relaxing at the shore! If kayaking and exploration are your things, you'll be able to rent your own from Gulf Coast Kayak, 11 miles away. The local waterways can be a wonderful playground to explore! Guests looking for a delicious introduction to the area will enjoy Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery, just under seven miles from the home.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is no pool cage or screen enclosure; this is an open backyard.
Pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for a three-day minimum and an additional fee.
The owner's car is in the garage.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Never again in this place

Unacceptable! Place was unclean by supposed “professional cleaners”. Poop still in toilet and never cleaned floors as well as never cleaned under tv console. Mattress in main bedroom was finished and unable to sleep on( both sides of mattress had collapsed with peak in middle).Complained and was told “ local agent “ would address but nobody ever came for 2 weeks!Deplorable

Extra cost for swimming pool heat

Garage by washer/dryer - Washing machine very dirty- Dryer not vented. Sink in Master bath drains slow. shelves in cupboards not cleaned. Start of our stay, Many light bulbs not working. The small bedroom no air seemed to cool down that room. When the pool person came once a week, and we would come home the pool would be over flowing. The timer must not have been working, we notified the local representative but it didn't seem to get resolved. The water was over flowing again yesterday. The house was cute, Just a few details to work out.

Got sick; ants everywhere, crumbs in the beds

Got an upper respiratory infection over Christmas because the heat did not work. No one returned my text because it was Christmas Day or that Monday on December 26th.

Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen

Das Haus war dreckig. Teppiche nicht gesaugt, Schränke, Tische etc. waren nicht geputzt. Keine Sitzkissen für die Stühle draussen, keine persönliche Ansprechpartner. Viel zu teuer für das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Water access but not up to par

We chose this property for water access and pool. The property was rated very well but it was not well equipped. Cupboards and areas were not clean. Kitchen not well stocked. Light bulbs were out. Owner arrived during our stay to park in the garage. Poor landscaping.

Everything was as described. A few cleaning and maintenance issues. I think the house is still being fixed up. Management was very fast at addressing any issues we contacted them about. We would rent here again.

Nice setting

Overall the house and pool was great. I think the pool was salt water so no chlorine which was nice. The house was nicely decorated and the outdoor living space was great. Two complaints, first we text the manager the day we arrived with some questions and never heard anything back all week. Second, they need to beef up contents at house. I ended up buying bath towels, dish towels, a frying pan and additional dinner plates and pool toys. I have never had to do this before. Also, they only had one garbage bag there. All of this put a little damper on our stay.
