This modern condo is one of five vacation rentals in the building, creating a fun atmosphere where you can meet fellow travelers. Your private space has been nicely renovated and updated for 2024 to ensure a comfortable stay.

- **Pool**: The large, heated saltwater pool is screened-in and shared among the five units. It’s a perfect spot to cool off during the day or enjoy the colorful lights at night.
- **Activities**: We provide kayaks and fishing poles for you to use right off the dock.
- **Convenience**: Enjoy 24-hour self-check-in via a smart lock. One assigned off-street parking spot is included, with extra guest parking spaces available.

**Getting Around**
Having a car is recommended for exploring the wider area and its beautiful beaches. With an included boat slip and direct Gulf access, this location is also a boater’s dream, allowing you to explore the extensive canal system and open waters.

- **Shared Amenities**: The heated saltwater pool is in the middle of the property and is shared with guests from the other four units.
- **Quiet Hours**: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours for the pool area are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- **Connectivity**: Free Wi-Fi is included with your stay.
- **Your Host**: Your host lives locally and is available for any problem-solving or to share a little local advice to help you make the most of your vacation.
