Our Seaside Villa Southern Bell is located in the southeast of Cape Coral. From the villa, you can reach restaurants, grocery stores, the beach and the Cape Coral Yacht Club in just a few minutes. Fort Myers Beach is also not far away. Thanks to its west-facing location, you can enjoy picturesque sunsets while relaxing in the heated spa or pool. (Pool and spa heating included).

The spacious outdoor area with a beautiful view of a wide canal, a covered dining area, lounge chairs, four sun loungers and the gas grill is perfect for barbecues and chilled drinks in a tropical atmosphere. Pure Cape Coral feeling. There is also a TV in the outdoor area.

Inside, the Seaside Villa Southern Belle impresses with modern furnishings and generous space (2142 sqf). The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV with Roku TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix, as well as a Bose sound system.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has a blender, microwave, filter coffee machine, and side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice cube dispenser. The adjoining dining area offers enough space for six people.

The master bedroom, with direct access to the pool area, is furnished with a king-size bed, a 55-inch smart TV with soundbar (including Roku TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix), and its own modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a bathtub. The toilet also has its own door.
