Overall a great place
We only had issues with bugs about a week into our stay, but the property manger had someone out that day to spray, It is Florida so you have to expect some of that. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. This is our first time renting with VRBO and we were not disappointed. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. The pool area is very nice and we spent a lot of time there. We would definitely recommend this place.

Just a quick stay to visit family and get away. Quiet neighborhood set back off main road. Beautiful pool and hot tub. There was a lot of work going on in the neighborhood, but that is expected after a hurricane. Did not detract from our stay. Very close to restaurants and anything u need. Highly recommend

Amazing property!
We had a wonderful stay at this house. Check in was smooth and easy. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The place was spotless. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai and in the pool. Pool temperature was perfect and the heated spa was an added bonus. Close proximity to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness low only because the Lani cage wasn’t replaced until the fourth week of our stay. It created a lot of cleaning of the pool and the deck. Otherwise the house was clean.

Sorry to read this and receiving only 4*, we gave you the chance to cancel the stay before arrival due to the missing and now new built pool enclosure, so without the cage it is normal that some dirt appears. Ralf & Pamela

Loved your tropical beautiful house.
We really loved staying at beautiful house. The floor plan was great and the open kitchen/ great room design really appealed to us. We spent so much time in the pool & hot tub. We ate dinner most nights outdoors with the lighted pool adding to the tropical feel. Being on the canal allowed us to do some fishing. We highly recommend your tropical house to anyone looking to relax. We will be back in the near future.

best location ever
Wir waren schon mehrfach mit unseren Kindern (8,11) in Cape Coral und nun erstmals im diesem Haus, da unser ehemaliges Feriendomizil steht nicht mehr zur Vermietung angeboten wird. Auch wenn wir schon in der Vergangenheit sehr zufrieden waren ist dieses Haus in allen Belangen noch mal besser und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier gibt es alles was man für den Urlaub braucht, angefangen von einer top ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu allerlei für Pool oder wirklich allem, was man für den Strand braucht (Stühle, Sonnenschirme, Kühlbox, faltbarer Standwagen um alles zu transportieren usw.). Alles ist sauber, top gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Great Experience Start to Finish
Our stay was great. Communication with owner before check in was great! Upon arrival the home to be spotless and and all the necessities provided. Property even more impressive than photos. Property manager very responsive. The pool was sparking clean as was the pool deck. The owners have literally thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and carefree. We felt safe and secure in the home at all times. We hated to leave and cannot wait to return.

Wonderful February!!
Stayed here for the month of February and loved every minute. The pool and hot tub were our favorite spots. First thing every morning we opened the wall of glass and the living room and pool area were one large area. As soon as we arrived it was obvious that the house was just as advertised so I immediately went on line to reserve it for next year and it was already taken. My advice is if it is available when you want it, don’t hesitate, reserve it immediately

A comfortable, relaxing stay
What a relaxing, comfortable stay we enjoyed with this property! The house was spacious and fully stocked with anything a vacationer would need. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to shopping and restaurants. (Make sure you check out Amore, an Italian bakery and market -- the treats were delicious and we enjoyed the prepared dinner options that were easy to heat in our home.) We did a lot of island exploring -- Sanibel, Captiva, Estero, Pine -- all within a reasonably short drive. But the days spent just at the house were wonderful too, with the large pool and lanai offering a peaceful retreat as the birds fly above. There was some minor confusion with pool operations, but this property deserves the 5-stars it consistently receives. Ralf and Pamela are excellent hosts and we are grateful to have spent a week in their beautiful home.

Nice, clean house with great amenities
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean with a great pool/spa- which our kids (7-10 yrs) loved. Also, the house has a great layout- nice large master suite and an open concept living area. We didn’t spend much time in Cape Coral- we traveled quite a bit to neighboring areas (Naples, Marco, Tampa) but it was a great home base in a nice, quiet neighborhood that’s close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Owners/property manager were responsive with the one question I had at check-in. I would definitely recommend this property!

Wunderschöne Villa in Cape Coral
Das Haus ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben unsere Zeit im Haus sehr genossen, vor allem den Außenbereich mit beheizbarem Pool + Whirlpool haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Absolute Empfehlung.

MAGNIFICENT
This home was magnificent. Absolutlely beautiful. We spent 14 days and had no issues. The spa was easy to operate. Neighborhood safe and all shopping close by. Pool was wonderful and spent every day for hours just bobbing in the water. It was just my sister and myself trying to get away from everybody and Covid! Our plans were to basically not leaving the house and only relaxing, enjoying the pool, jacuzzi and watching movies! And that's exactly what we did! The kitchen was well stocked with spices that may have been left behind from other renters, but so nice to find the basics, like salt, pepper, sugar and much more there upon arrival. Plenty of kitchen wear: pots, pans and baking needs. Beauitful dishes and glasswear. We ended up getting in late on the day of arrival, but Silvi responded quickly to our messages and walked us through turning on the Jacuzzi, so we coud use it on our first night. We were fortunate that we had fantastic weather and what little rain we got never interfered with our day or activities. Beaches were near and we went to Sanibel and a local beach nearby. Te beaches were not crowded at all. Between running to a Walmart, Pharmacy or Grocery, they were either around the corner or within a 5-10 minute drive. Neighhood was very quite and beautiful. There are tons of Beach chairs, boogy boards, children toys and coolers stocked in the garage. Fishing poles/rods , too! OMG, there were tons of fish swimming and jumping right behind the house in the canel. If it wasn't for the fact we don't know how to take a fish off the hook and don't want to clean them...we would be fishing off the dock everyday! We spent the days just watching them, turtles and our 3 visiting Iguanas! Checkout was a breeze. Silvi stopped by to make sure all was well and even said we didn't need to rush to pack up and leave by 10, because the cleaners were coming in late. That was so nice. I'm not a good morning person...and of course, I packed like I was staying for a year, so we had a ton to still get in the car! Would we come back...We didn't want to leave! Had it not already been booked, We would have difinately extended our stay. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your gorgeous home. Great Property
The house very comfortable and clean, the excellent pool, the owners respond immediately to any question, we only had a problem with the garbage, when we arrived on Saturday the garbage tank was full, the book said that the garbage truck was passing on Tuesday, but the truck passed on Monday, so the garbage was not removed, we spent the week with all the garbage bags without being able to throw them away. For everything else, everything was very good.

Exactly as Advertised
We arrived late in the day and were greeted by a spotlessly clean house with soft music playing in the background. A nice touch. The property is very well maintained, fully stocked with essentials, and I cannot overstate, clean! Ralf was a perfect host and we had no issues operating the A/C or pool/hot tub. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet retreat. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this property ranks near the top.

Relaxing getaway
We had a wonderful week away in this home and would love to return. The house was even better than the photos showed. Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen was very well equipped. We are used to having to buy everything for the rentals we have used in the past but previous guests had left a lot of extras so needed very little. The pool was great with plenty of chairs to lounge around. We also discovered a wonderful Italian bakery right down the street that made for some great breakfasts and treats. There is a Publix just down the road as well so the location was great. We look forward to visiting here again.

Extremely clean, comfortable retreat w/awesome private pool & spa
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very nice interior, extremely clean with all modern conveniences. FOUR exterior doors lead to nice enclosed lanai and pool area. Door from great room is huge multi-paneled glass slider. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the door because the previous tenant shattered one of the panes, but the owner let us know about it a few days prior to our arrival and gave us the option to cancel our reservation. The property manager worked diligently to schedule the repair early during our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a gift card provided for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the repair did not occur as planned, but we know how things go with contractor scheduling. While it would have been nice to use the door, it wasn't much of an inconvenience since there were three other rear exterior doors. We appreciate the owner's advance communication and efforts to rectify the situation. The house was nicely equipped ... several TVs, internet, modern appliances including W/D, kitchen tools, gas grill, ceiling fans, cool AC, garage door opener, coolers, multiple lounge chairs & tables in lanai area, awesome master shower, outdoor shower, 1/2 bath with exterior door to lanai, plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. If I had one "complaint," it would be that the great room seating is quite worn and doesn't offer much support. The property's location was nice in that it was close to multiple shopping and dining establishments. We made a few trips to Sanibel/Captiva Islands and one to Fort Myers Beach. Both were a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. I believe there may be a couple other closer beach locations that we did not visit. In general though, if you are wanting a beach vacation, this is not the ideal location. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in this temporary home away from home.

Relaxing family getaway
We rented the house for 5 days for a spring vacation. The house was wonderful, we absolutely loved it. The house had everything we needed and was in a quiet neighborhood. Having the pool and hot tub there made it so we didn’t have to leave the house to enjoy the nice weather we traveled to FL to enjoy. We did make a couple trips to Fort Myers beach which was just a 30 min car ride away. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Xmas vacation
My family of 5 stayed here for 6 days over Christmas. We had four adults and a 7 year old and we chose this house for the pool/hot tub and the canal access. First off, the positives: This house is in a good location. Grocery stores and restaurants very close. Nothing in walking distances but close enough for a very short drive. The house was big enough for 5 people to have their own space. Having that third bathroom is very handy as well. Any issues we had or questions that came up, the owner and property manager resolved right away. The negatives: A couple of the emails we received from the property owner were in German. I don’t speak/read German at all. When you arrive, there are two instruction books: one in German the other in English. The English version appears to be considerably less in depth then the English version. Trying to figure out the pool system will take someone who can read German or understands a pool thermostat/control system. We emailed the owner who directed us to the property manager to figure out the pool/hot tub. The property manager arrived within a 1/2 hr and walked us through it. However, it would’ve been nice to not have to call anyone. We also talked to the manager about the checkout process and paper products. When we arrived there were 3 rolls of TP for three bathrooms. They weren’t full rolls either. We were told to supply our own after the three were gone. We were also told we had to wash our own towels which is totally fine. However, there is no laundry detergent or dryer sheets. So, we needed to supply them. Lastly, we rented a boat for two of the 6 days on vacation. We found little to no information about the boat lift. Luckily, I have knowledge from experience here. It will take you about a 1/2 hr to an hr to drive from the house to the open ocean if you plan on doing so. Overall, if I had to rate this house 1-10 rather then 5 stars, I would give it 6.5-7. It was everything we needed so hopefully this rating doesn’t come off too negative. Just some of the small details like I mentioned above would move it into a better rating.

We enjoyed our stay. There are a few things that need attention at this property. Both bedroom patio doors did not work properly. One wouldn’t open more than a foot, the other would not close and lock Not happy there was not enough toilet paper to last our stay. Faucet drips in the spare bath.

Lovely Stay at the Cape
We had a lovely time at this property. We got in after a long day of travel and the lights were on and music welcoming us. The property was clean and comfortable for our stay. A beautiful house - very quiet location.
This is a wonderful house/property. The home has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Nicely furnished & Very clean; light, open floor plan. Beautiful pool and patio, all enclosed in a screened area. NO bugs or mosquitos day or night. Both the property manager and owner answered all communications quickly. Highly recommended!
