Villa Cabana slutfördes i februari 2020. Modern europeisk design, välutrustad, 4 sovrum, 3 badrum, gratis WIFI, semester för höga krav.
Separat gästsvit med eget badrum.
Stort båtdäck - båt kan förtöjas. Direkt tillgång till golf utan lås och broar.
Villa The Cabana har ett rymligt poolområde med solstolar för avkoppling, trädgårdsmöbler och ett underbart, täckt område med bord och stolar för åtta personer för kvällsmat. Poolen är solenergi och elektriskt uppvärmd och kan lysas upp på natten, så att ingenting står i vägen för en fascinerande nattlivsupplevelse! Cabana Pool är också en biopool! Med hjälp av en komplex teknik styr en dator mängden klor som krävs exakt och exakt efter behov. Detta erhålls från normalt bordsalt! Så vi kan göra utan olämpliga och stora mängder klor och andra kemikalier. Utmärkt för allergiker, vår hälsa, hår, hud och allmänt välbefinnande.

Beautiful place

House was just as described and pictured. We had everything we needed for our stay. Good amount of amenities. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The beach chairs were very used but worked. The umbrella had a screw to keep in place in sand but umbrella was a little flimsy. Sheets didn’t smell freshly clean. Owner responded quickly. Neighborhood was mid, but neighbors seemed nice and were quiet. Overall a nice stay and would recommend.

Home with Everything!

We enjoyed every minute of our 2 week vacation in this modern and welcoming home! We all enjoyed the pool/lanai area, and Ingrid was very responsive when we asked to turn up the pool temp-she came over right away. The pool toys were a hit with the grands! There was ample room to be together in multiple places and still more room to find a quiet escape. The kitchen was stocked with more than what we needed. The setting on the canal gave us opportunities to see jumping fish, families of ducks, and sunsets.

Absolutely beautiful!

This place is awesome!! We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave. It’s a beautiful home with everything you need to have a great time. We stayed here with some of our adult kids, their spouses and grandchild. We loved that it had so much space so that we weren’t ever on top of each other. We also really appreciated the kitchen and how fully stocked it was with cooking and baking dishes to make all our meals. The owners were so attentive and immediately helped us to fix a problem we had. Thanks to them for being such great owners/hosts! We all said we would DEFINITELY stay here again!! We recommend this place to all!! It’s a 5 star place!

Second Stay at Cabana

This property has everything you need. Ingrid is very responsive. The pool is great, the Casita is wonderful privacy for our married kids. Housekeeping is spotless, the kitchen could not be more equipped. We will stay again.

Girlfriend vacation

Beautiful vacation home with all the amenities you could ask for and more. Sleeps eight very comfortably. The bio pool is amazing. We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. Very convenient to a Publix and 7 Eleven. The poolside suite has a king size bed that is quite high and kind of difficult to get into and out of. A bench or chair would be helpful for putting on clothes and shoes. Otherwise, everything was top notch. Highly recommended.

5* WOW Home from Home - Definitely recommend

What an amazing property, you couldn't ask for more from a vacation rental - it has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful, peaceful location and yet close to all amenities. Beautifully decorated, very clean and in excellent condition, it has everything you could possibly need - hairdryers/straighteners, pool toys, ping pong/pool table, bikes, chess/games, lots of beach equipment, bbq, fishing equipment, coffee/teas/wine (thank you Ingrid), condiments, laundry/dishwasher/cleaning products - we couldn't think of anything which wasn't supplied to make our lives easier. Our party of 5 ranged in ages from 14 to 68 (3 generations) and each one of us said we would definitely go back again and we all wanted to stay for at least another week. We wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful property again - that really says it all!! Thank you Ingrid for helping to make our Florida holiday one to remember for all the right reasons!!!!

Best VRBO - Beautifully decorated and FULLY STOCKED

Just pack your clothes and be on your way! No need to worry about anything you may have forgotten! We loved that there was a Keurig as well as a full coffee brewer! Lots of seasonings, baggies, cooking supplies (pans, foil, serving dishes, etc!) Very open concept yet private bedrooms. We loved that the furniture was not the "traditional" Florida bamboo, white and mauve / outdated! Every detail was perfect.

Great getaway

Wunderschöne Villa mit fantastischem Pool und sagenhafter Betreuung von Ingrid

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Cabana so sehr genossen. Alles war im hervorragend Zustand und die Küche hatte alles, was man benötigt. Schlafzimmer hatten sehr gemütliche Betten, Bäder usw ein Traum. Der Pool war herrlich warm und sehr groß. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, was sehr zu entspannen einlädt. Alle Zimmer haben große Fernseher mit Netflix und Co. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an die Verwalterin Ingrid, ohne die unser Urlaub sicher nicht so toll gewesen wäre. Ingrid weiß alles über die Gegend und hatte immer super Restaurant Tips. Egal was war, Ingrid half umgehend! Lieben Dank von uns nochmal an Dich! 10/10 Punkten wir kommen gerne wieder!

House was great

We traveled with 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and the house met our needs. This house has more kitchen supplies and utensils than the last 5 houses we have stayed at combined. This made cooking and eating at the house very easy to do. The layout and location of the house was good for our family.

Amazing

The rental was amazing! This was the most well thought out home we’ve ever rented. The decor, cleanliness, and hospitality was all top notch. We had so much fun hanging out and relaxing in the pool. My son’s loved being able to play pool and ping pong. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel wasn’t too far. We would rent again! Thank you for making our vacation extra special and enjoyable. Your home is beautiful!

Immaculate Dream House

Check in and check out process was easy. This beautiful house had everything needed for cooking and entertaining for a group of 8. It had everything for the beach, the pool and lanai had enough loungers for 8 and seating at a table for 8. We especially loved the Bluetooth speaker for music. The bikes were great to use on the paths around the neighborhood and see the low flying owls. The kids fished once with a pole from the garage and caught a fish from the canal. We enjoyed quiet mornings around the pool reading and listening to the birds. The sunset skies were gorgeous. We were able to play Redbox movies and Netflix. We brought limited clothes for the 2 weeks and did laundry. Gas stations, grocery stores, Target, fitness place are close. Getting around the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda area was easy. We absolutely loved our stay here and recommend it!!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and love the home. The three sleeping suites made it comfortable for our family. The pool was great and calm flow of the canal made a comfortable location for our visit. All details were well manned by the host. Great house for our vacation.

GREAT VACATION HOME

The whole experience with this property was excellent. The house layout was great. Everything was in good repair and clean. The home had everything we could have expected and more. There were even ground-nesting owls on a lot nearby which was an unexpected treat to see.

Pre-Christmas Trip

This house is AMAZING! Everything we needed for a perfect pre-Christmas trip. We all wish we could stay! The house is clean, spacious, thoughtfully laid out with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We appreciated having a garage to use along with the bikes. Since the house is in a neighborhood, my family could easily fit in runs, walks and bike rides when we weren’t swimming or fishing. We very much appreciate that necessities like linens, towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. were all included. The location is close to creature comforts like grocery stores, restaurants, and such which was convenient. This house was the perfect landing spot for us and allowed us to take day trips to places like Everglades Park and even Miami. We highly recommend this house. It was perfect for me & my husband and our 3 teenage boys! Wish we could stay!!

Thanksgiving 2021

Our family of six were together for the holiday. Great accommodations, the Casita was great for our son and his fiance. We also brought our dog and he had a blast as well. Canal is very quiet, location was very central. No need to leave. We had a wonderful time.
