This spacious light-filled home features 3 bedrooms, a den for additional guests, and 2 ½ bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed with direct access to the pool area. A TV with cable/internet is also provided in the Master Suite. The large Master Bathroom includes double sinks, stand-alone shower, a large tub, and walk-in closet.
Both guest bedrooms have water views and for privacy are found on the opposite side of the house. Guest Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed, internet TV and direct access to the pool. Guest Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Both Guest Bedrooms share a bathroom which contain double sinks and a shower/tub combo. The den, located near the entry, has a pullout sofa bed and TV for extra space.
The formal dining area, which seats 6, is also a perfect room for playing cards or games on rainy days. In the dining area, there is also a desk for a workstation. A beverage fridge, to keep cool drinks handy when enjoying the lanai, is next to the slider doors that open completely for easy pool access.
A fully equipped open style kitchen overlooks the living room which allows for easy entertainment. A spacious living area includes comfortable leather seating along with a smart TV/cable. A breakfast nook-off the kitchen, near another pool access, and an eat-in bar provide additional seating.
Enjoy outdoor living in the screened in lanai with a relaxing electric heated saltwater pool, a gas grill for outdoor BBQing, patio table for 6, and plenty of lounge space to relax in the sun while appreciating the beautiful view of Lake Kennedy. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower, pool half bathroom and pool accessories.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest will be charged and an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years old are free of charge. For online reservations, you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
