Sweet Retreat is a beautiful, three-bedroom + den, 2 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the SE Cape Coral area with direct Gulf Access. If you enjoy tranquility, nature, lush landscape and Sailboat Access you have come to the right place. Quick exit out to many boating adventures as well as being centrally located to many amazing Cape Coral Restaurants as well as shopping options.
It is a quick drive to Fort Myers downtown, and the famous Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Winter home Museum, 20 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed, and unique floor plan vacation home.
Sweet Retreat features beautiful décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size bedrooms, one queen size bed, which can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable in a beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a great layout with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a split floor plan and pocket sliders opening the house. Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with pool view, to the covered patio where there is a great sitting room for conversations as well as a dining table that invites you for al fresco dinners.
The living room, as well as pocked sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment or just an open flow in the cooler winter months.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing on the lounge chairs and watching amazing sun sets.
There is a boat dock (no lift available) for our friends who like to rent or bring their own boat or just want to hang out and go fishing. Guests can tie up their boat on the dock, but lift is being used by property owners boat that is shared with a friend in town that will be using the boat from time to time.
Sweet Retreat truly has it all and is just about forty-five-minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.
