Unwind at The Hafer Haus, a brand new home located in "The Cape". Easy access to all attractions, shops, restaurants and beaches. This house is lovingly decorated and features an open concept kitchen and ample living space, master suite, 3 more bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, perfect for your group.
The space
Our indoor space has 4 bedrooms (1 Queen mattress in each room) and 2 bathrooms. The Hafer Haus has all of your favorite amenities including high-speed internet, TV, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and more. It’s located in a quiet and secluded neighborhood in Gator Circle.

KITCHEN
The kitchen features brand new appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker for relaxing mornings and a blender for afternoon cocktails.

LIVING ROOM
Our living space is well-decorated and is a great place to relax and watch shows on the 55” Fire TV. It shares the open living quarters with the dining room and kitchen, allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
This master suite is a bright, large bedroom including a queen bed, and a 40" Fire TV. Includes a large walk-in closet, and master shower.

SECONDARY BEDROOM
This bright bedroom complete with queen bed. It offers plenty of storage space and quick access to the main bathroom; also includes a 40” Fire TV.

THIRD BEDROOM
This adorable room has one queen bed. The room is conveniently located near the main bathroom; also includes a large dresser for all your storage needs, as well as a 40” Fire TV.
FOURTH BEDROOM
This adorable room has one queen bed. The room is conveniently located near the main bathroom; also includes a large dresser for all your storage needs, as well as a 40” Fire TV.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry is located just off the garage and available for your use throughout your stay. Additional sheets and towels available in front linen closet. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to help you tidy up and keep the house as clean & sanitized as you’d like during your stay. All these can also be found in the linen closet near the main bathroom.
Guest access
The entire property is available to you, so please make yourself at home.
Guests do have access to the garage, however, we do not allow guest parking in the garage.

Cape Coral is a vibrant and friendly community with all the beauty that you expect from Southwest Florida. It is located near Fort Myers and within sight of the Gulf of Mexico.

With more than 400 miles of canals, boating, fishing and water sports are a significant enhancement to the quality of life here in Cape Coral.
