This freshly renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home, small pets welcome

This beautiful vacation home in south Cape Coral with western facing heated saltwater pool and lanai will bring beautiful sunsets. The large sliding doors open this home up for a very comfortable open-air feeling. The tiki hut on the canal is a great place to hang out, fish, or just enjoy life. There is a dock for a rental boat or boat visitor. There is a 72" TV in the living room for movies and sporting events and 50" TVs in the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds and 1 with 2 twins. There is a gas grill on the lanai. There is a garage if you would like to have covered parking. Small pets are welcome (20 lbs. max, insurance regulation). The house is close to the Yacht Club beach, shopping and great food.
Very quiet neighborhood for great relaxation. There are bicycles and fishing poles available as well. Enjoy!

Sisters Getaway

Everything was wonderful. Already booked for next year. Owners thought of everything. Beds were comfortable. TVs in every room. Well stocked kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Pool heated was able to use every day. BBQ grill. Highly recommend this place.

Refreshing Getaway

Walking through the front door will make you sigh. The home was beautiful, spacious and overlooked a serene waterway. The pool was refreshing and added a sense of calmness to the overall experience. I would most definitely stay again and would hope to stay for a longer period of time.

Absolutely perfect!

I've stayed at many vacation homes - and this is one of the best. Every detail has been addressed from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds. The pool area is lovely, and the neighborhood is quiet and pretty. It's close to a number of restaurants and only 5 minutes from the grocery store. The host is kind, considerate and responsive. We will return. Highly recommended.

Cape Coral Explore

The home is centrally located in Cape Coral so you have easy access to everything. We spent our time exploring the town and surrounding areas. The home was clean and had plenty of space and the location on the canal with a pool is wonderful!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and the check-in process was seamless with all the necessary information provided ahead of time. The listing was completely accurate to the pictures, actually exceeding our expectations. The amenities were perfect for our family – we loved the pool, fishing, kayaking, watching movies, and playing games together.Communication with the host was effortless; any questions we had were answered promptly via text. The location couldn't be better, with great restaurants nearby and the Yacht Club Beach just a mile down the road. This place made our son’s 16th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. It’s the perfect spot for families to relax, connect, and create lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional getaway!
