Detta hem är beläget på Premiere 200 '+ brett "CASABA CANAL", bara minuter till floden och Mexikanska golfen. Detta vackra hem erbjuder 3200 kvm och har 6 sovrum, 4 badrum och stora rum. Gourmetköket har SS-apparater, gasspis, dubbla ugnar, exotisk granit och anpassat träskåp. Formella och avslappnade matplatser, inifrån och ut, för underhållande. Det stora sovrummet ligger på 1: a våningen, vackert Master Bath med underbar duschkabin, badkar och dubbla fåfängar. Ytterligare två sovrum och poolbad finns på 1: a våningen. På övervåningen väntar dig ... 3 fler gästrum och 2 bad för att hålla alla våra gäster bekväma. Utanför kan du njuta av en rymlig Lanai med utsikt över den vackra uppvärmda poolen & spa! Båtarna kommer att njuta av den fantastiska båtåtkomst, inga broar eller lås! Kompositdocka och stora kaptener Walk. Om du tar med dig en båt finns det gott om utrymme att binda till kajen. Koppla av under Tiki Hut & njut av båtar och fantastisk utsikt! Vi har 2 kajaker att använda hemma (på egen risk naturligtvis). De är på en lättanvänd hiss och du kan spendera timmar på att njuta av kanalerna! Eller om du gillar att stanna hemma kan du göra samma sak från badtunnan eller sitta på bryggan, du kommer att bli förvånad över allt vilda djur du kommer att se! Detta är utanför att bo som bäst i en av de mest önskvärda stadsdelarna i Cape Coral. Du kommer att njuta av varje minut av din semester i detta hem.
    Ägaren har uppgraderat TV: ns nyligen så vi har det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet och Lanai-TV ansluten till kabel & Roku. We just returned from a 9 day stay at this property and it was everything the listing said! The home is very well maintained and was super clean. It’s a great location for seeing boats, manatees, fish and even shark! Close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home!

This house slept 9 of us comfortably. The pool area is nice, the dock offers seating and fishing. We saw a few manatees. The neighborhood is very beautiful. We loved how close it is to fort myers and sanibel island. Cape Coral is a beautiful city. This house is well stocked with every day living kitchen and bathroom items.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. It was clean and had everything our group needed. Some of the tiles in the pool area were loose and there was some grout or something that felt very sandy around the pool also, (very minor detail but wanted to mention it.)Gorgeous home and perfect location!! We saw dolphins, manatees, lots of fish and beautiful birds right from the dock. Our communication with the host was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect week

The property is beautiful! We wanted a low key relaxing week to visit and that’s what we got.The pool area was fantastic and Jill just got some new pool floats that were perfect!Better pillows on the beds would be nice. They are pretty flat.A fantastic stay!

Comfortable place

Easy entry and exit. Great location to boat from. The dock was a great place to enjoy the boat traffic. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp. Comfortable couches, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay. 3 families with four teenagers. There was plenty to do, whether it was swimming kayaking fishing or just sitting around enjoying the view of manatees swimming by the dock. Host was very responsive to our questions/inquiries. Would definitively go back.

We feel the house was very nice, clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The house needs a little upkeep…light bulbs, pillows lacking, mattress some good some not, kayaks are showing wear-cracks. On the whole it was good 4 stars

Girls trip

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed! We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees off the dock. Also, the pool and spa at sunset was spectacular! The property manager was awesome and responded quickly to all messages.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

This home was just as advertised. Beautiful home, well stocked, clean and absolutely amazing. The check-in process was easy and the property manager, Jill, was awesome. The pool, spa and the view of the waterway were the best parts of our stay. The Cape Coral area was nice and the area restaurants were fantastic. Will definitely be booking another stay.

Great Place!

Beautiful house and property in a quiet neighborhood. WiFi had some periodic issues as did the hot tub. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Family Vacation

Our Father and his 4 kids together for the week. Great time and the house gave us the room we needed. Early morning Ladyfish, snapper and trout cooperated too.

Great house for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family vacation with plenty of room for us to spread out. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, all well laid out so everyone had the space they needed. We loved the pool and hot tub and the sunsets on the lanai every night were beautiful. The manager, Jill, was very helpful and checked in several times over the course of the week.

Beautiful home! Very clean and roomy! The pool is amazing! We had a bit of trouble with the hot tub, but the host was great working with us. Fishing was fun right off the dock, I caught snapper and sheepshead (released them). There were several restaurants in the area and plenty of choices for groceries. We cooked in several nights.

Very nice accommodations.

Reserved this property for week long golf trip. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. It’s our 5 th year doing this and this was the best property we’ve rented. The location is convenient to dining and the water. The host Jill was super nice and responsive. Definitely will be number one choice next year.
