Perfect canal getaway with a private pool!We absolutely loved our stay at this Cape Coral home! The location was ideal—just a few minutes from downtown, the Yacht Club, and Fort Myers Beach—yet tucked away in a peaceful, relaxing neighborhood along the canal. I felt safe getting my morning walks in.The house was spotless, beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the linens and towels were high-quality, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.The highlight was definitely the private pool and lanai area! We spent our mornings sipping coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset over the canal. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Florida breeze.Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and everything was exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend this little slice of paradise for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cape Coral!

Wonderful vacation retreat

This was our third visit to the property. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated and well appointed. We felt very comfortable there, and the screened lanai with the pool was our favorite place to hang out. The house is in a good location, close to stores and groceries and in a walkable neighborhood. The property manager is wonderful- quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back.

Lovely canal/poolside home

This was our second stay at this property, and we really enjoyed it - again! The house is beautifully furnished with a bright comfortable style that makes you feel like you are truly on vacation. The pool area is a great place to relax, with a wall of palm trees for privacy and a view of the canal. The family room/ tv/ kitchen is perfect for families. Lots of space and comfy furniture for lounging.. The host was wonderful and very accommodating when we had requests or questions. We definitely hope to return.for our next stay in Cape Coral.

Palm Paradise- a perfect getaway for a Florida vacation.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The minute you walked in, you knew you were truly on vacation. The decor is fresh and tropical, the furnishings modern and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed, the bedrooms comfortable and nicely decorated, the family room with the television large enough to seat a crowd. The lanai was lovely, with good seating, chaise loungers and a large table for dining outside. We really enjoyed the pool. A wall of palms and flowering trees provide privacy in the back but there is also a view of the canal where you can see boats coming and going. All our questions to the owner were answered promptly and check in and check out were easy. The location is also great- very quiet street but not far from the Yacht Club and the river. We definitely hope to return here on our next visit.

Very comfortable house

The property manager was very responsive and replied to texts very quickly. He also was kind enough to accommodate us with an earlier check in. The house is comfortable with three bedrooms and two baths. The baths are updated and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels. The kitchen had ample plates, glassware, silverware, and pots, pans and utensils. The king bed in the master bedroom had a firm foam mattress which was great. The other king mattress was a bit soft. The third bedroom with twin beds had good mattresses. The living room area with television had a comfortable couch, loveseat and chair, all quite new. There is another living/dining area with a dining table with 4 chairs and a very comfortable white sectional couch. This couch is not near a TV, nor was there any lamp or end table alongside it so it seemed to be a waste of a good seating area. We didn’t use the pool because the weather was fairly cool during our month and the solar heat didn’t heat the pool up to a level where it would have been comfortable to use it. We opted not to pay extra for electric pool heat. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Our disappointment with the house stemmed from the original listing which said it had a private dock and you could fish whenever you wanted. The corner of this property touches the end of the canal but there is no dock. The host said we could use the neighbors’ docks but we weren’t comfortable doing that.

Perfect house

The house was very clean,organized and spacious.We stayed there for Christmas and everything that was said in the advertisement was true.It had a lot of room,towels and cleaning supplies.The check in and out was very easy and the manager Todd was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will recommend to other friends and families.
