This luxury 4 bedroom villa is located in one of the best locations in Cape Coral. The 15028 Sq. Ft lot is located right on the wide canal and the lanai has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy both the sun and the beautiful view ALL day. You're only 10 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. The big lanai has a lovely pool, a hot tub, and a spacious dining area.

The Villa offers in total 5606 sq. ft., 2746 sq. ft. with A/C, four bedrooms, three bathrooms a, big living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped office and a complete gym.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with remote control for your comfort. The master bathroom has a shower, double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a walk-in closet. The toilet is separate. The second master bedroom has two Twin beds. The second master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Third and fourth bedrooms have Queen sized beds. All bedrooms have spacious closets and are equipped with TVs.

The Livingroom is super spacious with room for the entire family. Open up the sliding doors and enjoy the amazing view of the wide canal.

The office is equipped with a spacious desk and comfortable office chair. You can close the French doors for privacy during those work meeting.
Strong WIFI if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, fryer, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The garage is fit for fun with a ping pong table.

The villa has a big garage for three cars with remote controlled openers.

Family Vacay

Overall a great stay. Beautiful home. Some minor issues.... ants in a bedroom, HVAC maintenance came unannounced to service the system, no kayaks on property as listed but other that we loved it. Perfect for the 8 of us. Adults and grandkids loved the pool and being able to fish from the dock.

Villa Dolphin Stay

The property and view was beautiful. We had five adults staying and we had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. The house was well equipped. We grilled a number of nights. The location was great, close to grocery stores and other necessities. We had a lovely time for 2 weeks.

Not clean. Very old

3 stars generously because of the view and windows. Otherwise, the property was not cleaned well at all. Hair left behind in sinks, shower, and tub. So many dirty utensils and dishes. Had to vacuum the living area because of crumbs left behind. There were also dirty clothes forgotten in drawer from the last guest that the cleaners missed. Just seemed like a rushed cleaning job which was such a distasteful way to start off the stay. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, it was overall a very old home. Master bath and hallway bath toilets both clogged and there was a plunger readily available, so it’s clearly a regular issue. Broken vertical blinds throughout and the living room remote was not only working poorly and lagged, but was sticky and duck-taped together. Our check-in email with the code to enter the property didn’t include our code. I messaged the host via VRBO app and finally got the code 2 hours after check in time. The pool heater was not working and it took until our second day at 6pm for someone to come fix it. Wasting the first couple days of our trip not going into the pool or spa. Slow and poor communication.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a kind of celebration of my wife's retirement and was a good choice. Beautiful view of canal and passing boats. Home was cheerful, well furnished and maintained and convenient to restaurants and stores.

Villa dolphin

Was a wonderful place and the pool was great. Great location to sanibel. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue was the trash hadn't been taken out to the curb for a while, but everything else was great....

Wonderful

The property was amazing and most everything was fantastic. It was pretty much furnished with all daily necessities. The bed/mattress in bedroom 3 was hard and rolled when you moved, and the TVs did not have any channels in the 2nd master and 3rd bedroom, so they were unusable for watching TV. Other than those couple of issues, the stay was wonderful.

Beach Vacation

Smashed bugs on bathroom floor so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Master bedroom doesn't cool down like the rest of the house and smells like rubber from the attached gym. Remotes didn't have batteries, patio light didn't work, most of the dock lights were out. Location was great to get to several beaches and grocery stores.

The house was very nice, spacious and clean Pool area is very nice and a beautiful view The pool instructions were confusing and i had to call the property manager and she very nicely walked through the instructions We did not see any kayaks as it said on the site when i booked it Also there are 2 very small tv's in 2 of the bedrooms that hardly work There is no cable on them and we were short remotes in them also It was annoying We also felt that there were not enough towels in the house and there was only one beach chair for 7 people There is also a broken cabinet in the kitchen If you are going to stay here bring towels and your own beach supplies with you The home itself is roomy and there was plenty of space for 7 people

Great place for a quiet getaway

Location was great if you don’t mind driving everywhere. No transit systems to speak of therefore everyone drives everywhere! Neighbourhood was quiet, house was clean, fridge wasn’t fully useable due to lack of shelves and non functioning drawer in the freezer. All in all a great place for a quiet getaway. Drove times were too long though.

Wonderful Accommodations!

This home was beautiful! Lots of extras like a garage for the car, pool toys, plenty of extra towels, extra garbage bags, an extremely well appointed kitchen. And much more. It was very clean as well. And had plenty to do - gorgeous pool, bikes, fishing off deck, ping pong, work out room and more. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Location Location Location!

This home exceeded our expectations. The view, lanai and pool were the highlights. Large wide canal view will have you in awe. Plenty of room for 8. The management company was helpful and attentive. If you want a classy, quiet, elegant neighborhood then this rental is for you. Beautiful tree lined or shall I say palm tree lined streets. The house was very roomy and clean. Some minor noticings was that the patio furniture needs some updating due to rips on the seats by the dock chairs and lounge chairs. The bbq did not work for us. The management company attempted to fix it but they were not able to fix it so we were not able to bbq. Also, bike tire was flat so we were only left to use two bicycles. These issues did not interfere with our stay and did not deter from enjoying this wonderful accommodation.

Very spacious and clean but dated and needs some repairs

We loved the amount of space for 5 people in bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. Kitchen was stocked with adequate pans/utensils/plates for cooking. Pool was clean and maintained with a sealed screen room, lots of supplies in the garage, outer deck was nice. TVs had cable in master and living room only. Other three rooms did nothing unless you connect to WIFI and use your own services. Manager was responsive to issues. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 1. Master- fine but shower handle was broken off, door wont really close on shower- reported it 2. Second master- apparently two twins but they were pushed together to appear as a king but would not stay together for sleeping, no cable on tv but remote and box were present 3. Freezer did not make ice for 2 days even after checking and adjusting. Fridge did not get very cold and temp kept rising up even after adjusting. 4. Spa has air bubbles only but no jets so that was disappointing. Takes about 30 minutes to get warm and stays warm. Overall we liked it for the space but it is very dated with some minor issues.

A pleasant trip

Did our family trip this year to the house and absolutely enjoyed it. The house was beautiful- the kids loved the pool. Everything you needed to entertain the family was at the house. The only downfall (but had nothing to do with the house) was the traffic and the beach is a good drive. When you go to the beach be prepared to pay a good amount for parking

Great stay in the sunshine state

I’m going to start by saying this home is exactly as advertised. The reviews are pretty spot on. The positives outweigh any of the negatives by 100%. The house itself is a great setup in a quiet very nice neighborhood. Close to plenty of great restaurants and right around the corner from the Westin. Publix is close by as well. The furnishings are exactly as advertised. Kitchen is stocked adequately with decent dishes and cookware. The lanai is a perfect spot to hang out even on rainy days. The large table and chairs are perfect for any meal. We saw manatees almost every day and caught snapper and snook right off the dock. ( Caught and released ) The deck down by the water is fantastic. The table and chairs are older and weathered. We simply carried a few of the loungers down to enjoy some much needed vitamin D. We had a burrowing owl perched on the security camera out front every day. We enjoyed observing him. We had communication with the property manager a few times and every item was addressed in a timely fashion. My only complaint would be we were never able to get the hot tub warm. I called the property manager and she sent over the pool people. He came out… fiddled with a few things and left without saying anything. I suspect he’s been called often based on previous reviews. I would’ve preferred the listing state that it doesn’t work vs wasting my time trying to get it going. It didn’t ruin anything for us… but can see that people would be disappointed. Pool was nice. We only used it a day or two due to cool weather. Yes, there were some loose pavers in the lanai. Again.. not that big of a deal. The shower door in the master does not close right and the grout could use a deep clean. We did have some teeny tiny ants get into some food left on the counter. I suggest not leaving any food on the kitchen counters. Pest control people came while we were there just for regular maintenance. A couple days later, we saw the ants. It’s Florida…..lots of creepy crawlys. I don’t believe it’s because of any neglect by the property owner. Overall, we had a great month and would definitely consider renting again.
