Villa Lucia is family friendly and conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Sleeps 8. Full electricity included. No further fees or costs after booking! Owners allow 1 non-shedding dog up to 50 lbs. A pet fee of $80 applies. Pre-approval needed.

Villa Lucia is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and parks. A bowling alley and a movie theater are just a mile down the road, so is a beautiful park where you can take an idyllic 4-mile walk towards the river.

You are renting the entire house and will not have to share any spaces. You will let yourself into the house via an access code which we will email you a week prior to your arrival.

Enjoy some beautiful days in our new Villa Lucia. With its southern exposure you can appreciate our famous Florida sun all day long. You can relax by the poolside with your morning coffee and then dine on lavishly prepared dinners outside on the covered lanai. Read a good book or just sunbathe in the lounge chairs or swim and play in the heated pool. The gas grill will always come in handy for outside cooking. Stroll down to the dock for some fantastic fishing, go kayaking or take the bicycles for a ride around the nice neighborhood….it really cannot get much better.
A baby safety fence for the pool is available when you are bringing along the little ones!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or to entertain your guests and thanks to the open floor plan, you will never feel like you are missing out on the festivities while preparing your family dinners.

The spacious master suite has a king-size bed, and a huge en-suite bathroom with a big walk in shower and has direct access to the lanai and pool.

Two guest bedrooms have a queen size bed, the third guest bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds.

There is a TV in the living room and in each bedroom besides the 3rd guest bedroom.

The Villa is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and parks. A bowling alley and a movie theater are just a mile down the road and a beautiful park where you can take an idyllic 4-mile walk towards the river. A mile further south is a gorgeous park with multiple playgrounds for kids all ages located directly on the river.

Please note: The owners allow one non-shedding dog up to 50 pounds per stay. No cats. Each dog requires a pre-approval prior to booking as well as a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 plus taxes.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees but you can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
