Welcome to your very own vacation retreat in Cape Coral! This spacious home combines everything you could wish for during an unforgettable stay: modern amenities, a tropical atmosphere, a private pool, and above all, a perfect location right on the water.

The villa sits at the end of a beautiful wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. From here, you can set off by boat into a true paradise: explore the nearby islands of Sanibel and Captiva, watch dolphins in their natural habitat, or enjoy a relaxing day on the water. The private boat dock with lift (available upon request) makes your excursions especially convenient.

But it’s not only the water access that makes this location exceptional: within just a few minutes (walkable) you’ll reach the popular Cape Harbour, where you can stroll along the promenade, dine in first-class restaurants, discover charming boutiques, or enjoy live music in the evenings. Also close by is Camelot Park with its free tennis courts, BBQ pavilions, and a lovely playground – perfect for families. Supermarkets, cafés, and shops for your daily needs are also just around the corner. This means you can spend your vacation days exactly the way you like: sometimes relaxed by the pool, sometimes active and adventurous.

The villa features a spacious layout that perfectly combines comfort and conviviality. The open-plan living area is brightly designed, with large windows that highlight the view of the pool and the water. The living room, with its large, comfortable sofa, 80-inch Smart TV, and Sonos speakers, is ideal for relaxing evenings, while the fully equipped, modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and a cooking island invites you to cook together and enjoy meals with family or friends. An adjoining dining area completes the open-plan concept and creates space for shared meals. A fooseball table is available for fun game evenings.

In the three comfortable bedrooms, everyone will find their own retreat. Two of them are equipped with king-size beds and 50-inch Smart TVs, and the third has a queen-size bed. There are two full and one half bathrooms available, one with a bathtub, one with direct access to the pool area and one with toilet and bathroom sink. A separate office with a desk is also available.

The highlight of the villa is the outdoor area. The expansive pool with covered terrace invites you to spend the whole day outside. Whether you’re sunbathing on a lounge chair, taking a refreshing dip, or enjoying a barbecue at the grill station: this is where vacation life happens. Particularly impressive is the view of the wide canal, which reinforces the feeling of being in the middle of a tropical paradise. The pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to no longer have irritated eyes.

This combination of modern amenities, tropical atmosphere, and an excellent location makes the villa the perfect vacation home for everyone who wants to experience the Florida lifestyle to the fullest.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
