Vacation 2024

The house was nicely decorated and clean. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Would recommend.

Nice place good location

Home has most things you’d need and the pool and hot tub were great. 2 of the 4 bikes worked. Not sure about the gas grill it’s up to the guests to supply the gas, this doesn’t make sense to me. Luckily I didn’t run out.

We had workers present the majority of the days we were there working on the deck. I had to insist they no work on Sunday and our last day. The home should not have been rented with extensive work being done. Also workers from another group left nails and caulking in the deck which I gathered up and placed in the garage.

One of the worst stay experiences

The property was good but had issues vs the listing. The pool seemed to have a cover in the pictures but the was no cover when we reached. Had issues like a leaking pipe and pool that would not get warm but we had horrendous experience getting any help. Called at least 7-8 times and not once did any help turn up. No updates no response. Decided to actually cut my stay short by a day and checked into a resort for the last day trip to at least enjoy florida for a day. Will never recommend Roelens and definitely wont book properties through VRBO.

Villa Tao visit

We had a great stay at Villa Tao. We loved being right on the canal. The home has a great view of the canal and pool area. We ate outside many times with the covered eating area. Everything was neat, clean and organized. I would definitely stay again.

Cape Coral Dream

The property was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and they even had a kayak launch deck.! We would definitely stay here again! The property was missing a tea pitcher and the host brought me one the next day! This was our 6th stay in Cape Coral and we plan to return!

A week in paradise..rest and relaxation

All of us had a wonderful Spring Break! The house was very comfortable and the backyard is where we spent our days in the sun..playing in the pool and relaxing I the hot tub. The view from the pool and sick were wonderful and very relaxing. We drove to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers…booked a sunset dolphin cruise..just so much fun. We also took the teenagers to drive go-karts, experience virtual reality and arcade games. It was a wonderful week!

Great house!

We've stayed in a lot of houses in cape coral and this was one of the nicest. Good location, kayaks, bikes and pool and spa were well maintained. Iris was our property manager and was always very attentive to our needs.

Absolutely amazing family vacation property

We thoroughly enjoyed spending our time in this house, especially the outdoor part of it by the pool. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, the backyard is overlooking water (canal), the kitchen was very well equipped to support home cooking and the attention to detail was very impressive. We're planning to come back soon.
