Waterfront Serenity is a traditional three bedroom, two bath vacation villa situated very central SW Cape Coral. The Villa has quick access to Veterans Pkwy and is close in distance to restaurants and shopping. This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.

Waterfront Serenity features a light and airy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king size bedroom, one queen bedroom and two twin beds situated in the 3rd bedroom.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed with this unique set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a split floor plan with plenty of light and spacious organic design with plenty of areas to relax and recharge. Upon opening the glass front door that brings in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise you have entered the sitting room with views of the pool area. The adjacent dining space offers plenty of seating for 6 guests in a more formal setting.
The Villa features a cozy family room with comfortable couch as well as a big screen smart tv's in addition to a nook space that is open to the kitchen that offers beautiful water views.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed sight to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of space to cook up some great meals while having an open view of the large canal intersection. The floor plan is open and let's you be part of being in the action when working in the kitchen and you are not missing watching TV in the living room. The large sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment
Wireless internet with a mesh kit suitable for work is standard for this home as well as a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage offers plenty of space to park your car.
Highlights of the outside include: TV for those Sunday football fans, a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated salt water pool or just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees. The sea wall with amazing views down the canal can be used for wildlife watching, fishing or just relaxing views of the oversized corner lot exposure.
