From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not as advertised, and the lack of care from the property owner and manager made the experience even worse. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this rental and choose one of the many other properties in Cape Coral with functional amenities and responsible management.Upon check-in, the property manager met us at the house to deliver a shocking piece of information: we couldn’t run all features of the pool/hot tub/waterfall simultaneously because it would trip the breaker. The property owner made attempts to fix the issue, but it took 4½ days to get the hot tub operational. Even then, the problems continued—a micro switch on the pump system failed, causing the hot tub to drain completely. This meant that one of the primary reasons we booked this house was unavailable for the majority of our stay.To make matters worse, the repair process
