Thank you for considering our listing! Our family appreciates your interest, and we look forward to making your stay at our 4BR/2BA house an enjoyable experience. Located amidst a plethora of tropical wildlife and 400 miles of scenic canals, we are only minutes away from the salty waters of Cape Coral Beach. Enjoy the surrounding bounty of nature, including protected burrowing owls (our first-door neighbors), spiny-tailed iguanas, tortoises, ospreys, and dozens of butterfly species that provide us with companionship wherever we roam.

Our house is stylish and modern, yet functional. The pool area is sure to be a central area of enjoyment during your stay in this subtropical region. There is an outdoor lounge area on the pool deck as well as a screened porch perfect for relaxing after a dip in the pool. We hope that the amenities we provide will make you feel comfortable during your stay with us. We also installed an electric pool heater so that summer lasts throughout the year!

To ensure your full relaxation, we put special emphasis on your sleep comfort! After thorough research, we equipped all the bedrooms with a variety of high-end mattresses (including Tempur-Pedic), pillows, and sheets.

The house has central air conditioning (AC) to keep you cool and comfortable. Between the two guest rooms, you'll find the glass-doored linen closet stocked with extra towels, sheets, and blankets as needed. We have colored striped towels for pool use, while other towels are for bathroom use only.

There is a high-capacity washer and dryer located in the laundry room between the kitchen and the garage for your convenience.

6. Ring Security Cameras: Stationed around the exterior of the house for your security. Cape Coral is known for its safety due to the need to cross long bridges to get here from Fort Myers.
7. Electric Pool Heater: Allows you to enjoy warm water throughout the year.
8. Touch-Control Dimmable Lamps: Each bedroom has lamps with USB ports and AC outlets. The living room and dining room are equipped with power-charging stations.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for any foodie ready to create their next masterpiece. In addition to regular high-quality appliances, we provide a rice cooker, blender, breakfast sandwich maker, and toaster. You can use everything in the pantry and refrigerator, no need to buy salt, spices, etc.
The dishwasher is located under the counter in the kitchen island.

Our coffee station is equipped with a brand-new Keurig K-Café coffee maker (complete with frother for professional-style lattes and cappuccinos). There is an instruction sheet near the machine. We also have a stovetop teapot and French press available.

Laundry: There is a high-capacity washer and dryer located in the laundry room between the kitchen and the garage.

Beach Accessories: We provide beach chairs and beach toys for your time lounging on the indulgent sand of the nearby beaches, located in the garage.
