“This cute little carriage house was built into the passageway behind the main house and the barn. It comfortably fit our party of 3 adults with a nice size kitchen, a single bathroom, and spacious seating areas both inside and out. Our flight was delayed, and when we arrived, there was yogurt and fruit in the fridge waiting for us. There is a stand selling ice cream, burgers, and lobster rolls within walking distance, and the Cape Elizabeth beach is a short drive away. Lovely stay!”

“The property is beautiful and the hosts are kind and welcoming, ensured privacy, were responsive to needs. It was summertime and particialty hot for the area a few days and they gave us advice on keeping it comfortable but it did hit 80 degrees in the living area, while the AC kept the bedroom cool. There are bugs, it cant be helped so if you cant handle ants and spiders think twice. There was soap scum in the bathroom but otherwise it felt very clean. “I stayed with my family at this property for six weeks this summer. It's got a great location being close to Portland, and is also close to the beaches of Cape Elizabeth. The private beach down the block is lovely to walk to and makes for a great place to enjoy the sunset. In July/August, we were able to swim in the water. It was cold, but refreshing! “From start to finish regarding our mini vacation Liz was onboard and available 24/7!! Sincerely mean that….great response time to any questions which is important when you are the one responsible planning every detail. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated our group of five. Such an easy drive to Portland where we took a pottery class, shopped and had some wonderful dining experiences. I would love to come back to this house and experience it in the summer.
