“We enjoyed the ambience of the great old building. Only there for two nights, but we ate our meals in the Blue Pig Tavern. Food was wonderful. Ideal location right across the street from the beach. Washington Street Mall was across from the side of the building.”
“This resort hotel is gorgeous! Thought all the amenities (onsite restaurant, beach club, hot tub) would be open until end of October - but it was all shut down (restaurant only open Th-Su) when I visited this week. Either way, ICONA is iconic! Will def be back...just during the season.”
“Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in October during off season. The hotel still had an open heated pool and a driver/shuttle to bring you to and from the hotel and areas around town. John was a great driver who was very knowledgeable about the area and gave good recommendations. Though they offer the shuttle service, main parts of town are very close to the hotel and could even be walked to. They let us check in early which was a great bonus. Harry’s bar and grill...
“This hotel is probably the best I’ve stayed at. They have an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room. They also have a restaurant with entertainment. We were there on probably the last hot day in October (85 degrees). They had a poolside bar as well. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one here was by far the best. We paid a decent price being as though the seasons changed. I’m hoping to be able to book something this summer. Definitely 5 stars from me.”
