Resort Living på Jersey Shore

Detta underbara ett sovrum plus den (andra sovrummet), två badrum lägenhet ligger i den främsta utväg resort i Seapointe Village ligger på en privat strand. Det finns ingen jämförelse med den här platsen någonstans i NJ och de flesta nordöstra kusten. Fastigheten är en gated community och underhålls vackert med underbara trädgårdar, vattenfall, fontäner, familj eldstäder, tennis, basket och en lekplats för små barn. Det finns fyra utomhuspooler plus en inomhuspool. Det finns flera barnpoolområden. Inomhuspoolen har en stor bubbelpool och det finns ytterligare fyra stora badtunnor utanför. Det finns ett gym och ett litet bastu och ångbad också.
På ena sidan av fastigheten finns ett naturreservat med naturstigar. Till den andra sidan av fastigheten finns ett high end hotell med restaurang och avslappnad, rolig familj strandbar / restaurang. Det finns glass, minigolf, cykeluthyrning, pizza, en närbutik och spritaffär inom gångavstånd. Charmiga historiska Cape May är en 10 minuters bilresa och Wildwood Boardwalk är också en 5-10 minuters bilresa.
Enheten i sig är oklanderligt ren och uppdaterad med helt nytt kök med kvartsbänkskivor. Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och ett badrum bifogat. Hulen har en våningssäng med en full storlek madrass på botten och en tvilling på toppen. Det andra badrummet har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Soffan öppnar upp till en dubbelsäng. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe på balkongen med en ganska bra topp av havet, titta på segelbåtar och para seglare gå förbi. Eller så kan du se ut nedan och titta på familjerna som njuter av sig i den berömda bubbelpoolen, eller gå ner på bilden eller simma under bron. Gasgrillar finns på flera platser inom utvecklingen.

First experience was a great experience

Wonderful property for kids. Really enjoyed the activity set up for kids to meet up with newly made friends to play pick up basketball or pickleball. Beach was very easy to get to which was convenient as well. Personally, the owner of our unit was great which really helped us prepare for the trip and enjoy it. Highly recommend.

We Will Be Back

Great week in Wildwood with husband and two kids!!! Hadn’t been here in years. Close to Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor and Avalon. Lots to do!!! This property was just as pictured and described. Perfection by the sea!

Everything about this listing is exactly as advertised. Awesome location! Walking distance to beach/restaurants/shops and only steps to the pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better host than Maryellen. I only wish I could give her more stars. We will definitely be returning.

Great Vacation Spot

Nice Get Away

Exactly as advertised; the perfect stay!

Location can't be beat for the beach! The apartment is large, clean, and bright, and everything you need is within reach - bath and pool towels provided, televisions and comfy beds, beach/pool passes and a full kitchen. I have VERY tall (5'7") 11 year olds, one might have to sleep on the sofa bed next year because the twin bed has been a little tight for them, but it is comfortable and well made. Maryellen was so communicative, and everything was as advertised. Easy clean up instructions and overall five stars across the board! The only negative is the other renters camping out at the beautiful pools and claiming every chair before the pool even technically opens - but that's not the fault of the apartment. We will be renting From Maryellen again - what a beautiful place!!

Relaxing, perfect beach condo

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Maryellen was wonderful to work with, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. The condo was perfect - it was clean and cozy and had plenty of space for me, my husband and my baby. Sea Pointe village is gorgeous and we can’t say enough about the facilities. The pools are wonderful for kids, and the grills and fire pits around the property were so nice. It’s really easy to walk to the beach, and the beach is gorgeous!! We’d highly recommend staying here!

The owner of our unit a nd Seapointe village resort.....Top notch. A+ Impressed with the entire process, the interaction with the owner, the ease of the rental, the complex is amazing. The easy access to the beach the grille on the beach is awesome The resort feeling with lively flowers and landscaping. The pool availability was terrific. Having 4 pools to hang out for all ages. We enjoyed our stay 💯% . Would visit again.

Great vacation!

Seapointe is great and the condo was very nice, clean, roomy with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extras, i.e beach towels, blankets, bath towels and pillows. The only slight issue for me was being in Centre Court it was my first time in that building. Access was not always easy, lots of walking and any short cuts had steps that made it difficult for the beach cart. I was vacationing with friends who where staying in NB so getting back and forth to the NB beach area was a long walk. Again no one’s fault it was my poor planning. I would definitely stay again as long as I knew the rest of our friends where going to be closer.

Amazing Property

Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the area. Condo was close to everything we wanted to do…boardwalk, Cape May, restaurants, mini golf, the beach, Dance Competition. The property was beautiful including the grounds, the pools, the private beach. Love how the condo overlooked the center court pools which the children said were the best pools on the property. Loved how the beach had a snack shack for lunch, snacks and ice cream. Security on the property was impeccable…felt very safe. The owner was incredible to communicate with, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!
