“This property ticked all the boxes for us. Very spacious, well appointed, clothes line just outside esp as we had our own washing machine. Decor was fresh and kitchen great for preparing meals. Bed very comfy too. Bathroom looks recently refurbished but although there is a little trolley and a tiny wall cabinet, there isn't really anywhere to spread toiletries. Also be prepared for very little water pressure in shower and the bathmat will be absolutely soaked after every shower (open without hob...

“This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door ”

“Lots of problems with the maintenance of the property that hasn’t been done. Constant leaking shower that was flooding the bathroom. Aircon controllers batteries flat. Just maintenance needing doing. 2 arm chairs in the lounge room were extremely uncomfortable. No cable to use the electric barbecue had to ask for it. Modern and nice location ”
