Welcome to our very spacious 79 m² one-bedroom apartment located in the historic Kimberley House, a beautiful heritage building in the heart of Cape Town.
Perfectly positioned for exploring the city, this elegant apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort.
The apartment is spacious and light-filled, with two small private balconies and secure parking. Designed as a celebration of contemporary African elegance, the interiors feature a striking mountain zebra rug, a decorative lion skull statement piece, and springbok skin–upholstered chairs and cushions that add texture, warmth, and a distinctive sense of place. These carefully selected elements create an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and uniquely African.
Air conditioning ensures comfort in warmer months, while a separate heater in the living room and an additional heater in the bathroom provide warmth during cooler days. As the apartment is centrally located, some city noise may occasionally be experienced; however, secondary glazing has been installed to enhance peace and quiet.
The bedroom has been thoughtfully designed as a calm and luxurious retreat, featuring premium-quality bedding with high-thread-count linens to ensure a restful and indulgent night’s sleep. Every detail has been selected to provide hotel-level comfort within a private residence.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, two frying pans, two saucepans, cutlery, utensils and steak knives, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.
To make your arrival effortless, we supply Nespresso capsules, black tea and sugar sachets, as well as a dishwasher capsule, laundry capsule and washing-up liquid. Hand soap is provided in both the kitchen and bathroom, together with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The quantity of coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar and detergent capsules will depend on the length of your stay.
For entertainment and relaxation, the apartment offers a spectacular 98-inch television in the living room and a 65-inch ceiling-mounted television in the bedroom, creating a truly indulgent viewing experience. Selected smart features powered by Google Assistant add a modern touch and allow you to enjoy added convenience throughout your stay.

Google can only control devices if they were turned on/off using Google.

If you switch something off using a remote or a wall switch, Google may politely claim the device is “offline” and refuse to help until it’s switched back on manually.

Besides controlling the apartment, you can ask Google things like weather forecast, time, set alarm, general questions, simple calculations…

For Google to understand you, please use these exact names:
