From the no-show "airport pick-up" to the ice cold first night shower (because no one told us the shower faucet handle was reversed!), to the impossible-to-turn-off lights (because no one told us how to properly shut them off), to the non-working a/c (only worked one of 11 days!), to the non-opening windows (wonderful in their Summer w/no a/c!), to the OVERcharge for the latter part of our stay, this was a really sad experience in every way. Lou-Ann ("manager") is one of the rudest people we've ever encountered & based on this really sad experience we'd say AVOID any "Afribode" property in Capetown.
