Något luggslitet hotel där delar renoveras. Läget är mycket bra i ett lugnt strandnära område med gott om restauranger i närheten. Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam.

Vistelsen var helt ok. Inte så jättebra rum men fin utsikt. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten god. Middag på restaurangen var inte så god. Sängarna var obekväma.

Problem med ventilationen men ett bra läge.
Vi bodde på hotellet i två omgångar med fjorton dagar emellan. Vi hade olika rum vid de olika tillfällena. Hotellet hade problem med sin ventilation så matos och lukt av rostat bröd mm kom in i rummen. Det finns inga kylskåp på rummen som standard, utan det blir en extra kostnad om man önskar det. Man bör i så fall säga till innan incheckningen för att underlätta den proceduren. Personalen var mycket vänlig, hjälpsam och serviceinriktad.

Fyra stjärnor?
Det här är inget fyrstjärnigt hotell. Däremot är frukosten riktigt bra - men den ingår inte i priset, utan finns att köpa för 135 ZAR/person. Riktigt tråkiga rum med ingen ljudisolering alls ut i korridoren. Om du har tråkigt en kväll så är det bara att ställa dig i korridoren och lyssna på dina grannars diskussioner.

I liked that we were across the street from the ocean and in walking distance of local shops and restaurants. I liked that we were near the V & A Waterfront, and that the hotel provided transportation to and from. I also liked the breakfast at the hotel and the one meal we had for dinner. I didn’t like that we didn’t receive the room we booked and that I was not informed when I checked in. Instead of giving me a lift space with two sleeping areas, they gave me a lift space with 1. It was me and my male cousin traveling, and even though we’re related, we didn’t want to sleep in the same bed. However, the issue was resolved and they ended up giving us two standard individual rooms for the same price.

Was not given the room I paid for. I paid for a room with a "partial sea view," yet the staff said I did not pay for it when Expedia said I did. Overall not helpful staff, even for a repeating customer. Will think about taking my business elsewhere.

This is also how the reservation filtered through to us at the hotel and was the room you were allocated. Cute hotel right by the sea. Walkable to V and A Waterfront (3km). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel is a little dated but we were fine with that. There is AC in hotel but not in rooms (at least not in ours). You can open the window but it is very noisy from the birds. Otherwise it was cozy and such a beautiful location

I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Premier Hotel - Sea Point. Not only did I have a terrible stay, but I also had items stolen from my room, and the management's response was extremely unprofessional and dishonest. The room itself was far from satisfactory. It was dirty and poorly maintained, with stained carpets and outdated furniture. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I found myself questioning the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. To make matters worse, I discovered that some of my jewelry had been stolen from my room, even after I asked that no one enter, but they did. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel management, expecting them to take swift action and address the issue. However, their response was shocking. Instead of taking responsibility and conducting a thorough investigation, they tried to brush off the incident and suggested that I must have misplaced the items myself. It was clear that they were more concerned with protecting their reputation than with resolving the situation and ensuring guest satisfaction. I would also like to note that this hotel outsources their cleaning staff. I was left feeling violated and disrespected by the hotel's lack of accountability and empathy. It is unacceptable for a hotel to ignore the theft of a guest's belongings and attempt to cover it up.

The staff members concerned with entering the room to refresh the towels as requested all underwent polygraph tests and came back with negative results. The hotel provides a safe in the room for our guests to store their valuables which was not used. We did everything in our power to ensure that a thorough investigation was completed and feedback given through. This was not a satisfactory experience. Property is generally in poor state of repair, dated and unattractive. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Food in the restaurant was unappealing. Apart from the ideal location near the Sea Point esplanade, there is little else to recommend this hotel for.

But I would stay there again
Overall it was good however my room needed some upgrades to the hardware and the bathroom as well as a deep cleaning in the tub and around the toilet area. I believe my bed was supposed to be a queen or king however it was two twin beds pushed together with it being twin mattresses not just the box spring. In the carpet and curtains seemed to need a deep cleaning. Although I wasn't in the room much it would have been nice to have a TV that showed a clear picture or known that I should have brought my own device to watch. Lastly there was no safe in my room or refrigerator. Other than that the staff was pleasant and very accommodating and my view was amazing.

on the surface the place was nice, but once arriving in my room I noticed spots on the carpet that probably couldn't be cleaned out. Was tough for me to sit on the toilet as there wasn't enough room for me (6'3") to get completely comfortable sitting on the toilet because there wasn't enough space from the sink. Also, killed a roach in my hotel room (not good). They offered to put me in another room immediately which I did take them up on next day, but you don't forget having to kill a roach in your hotel room. Forgot to include fresh towels when cleaning up my room on one day. Also, ran out of shampoo / shower gel and just provided hard handsoap as the only available option. The employees were really nice, courteous and provided an overall good service experience.

I have stayed here ofter the last few years. The room seemed run down, the toilet seat was broken and the it was freezing cold. The aircon was noisy, and did not really make a difference in the room temperature. I really miss Nnandi being there as a manager and having her personal touch on your guest experience.

We arrived before check-in and they were quick to accommodate us with a ready room since our room wasn't ready. Room was comfortable. View was nice and able to see the ocean. Staff was friendly, they were filled our water bottles up when asked (water was really good). Stored our bags when we checked out since our flight wasn't until 2330. Good location, right be the ocean, and there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. However, there is a restaurant in the hotel. We did not eat there. They offer a shuttle to the airport for R500, we passed because we were able to get an Uber for half the price.

Incredible stay, friendliest staff! Jeffry was at the front desk when we arrived and helped us with everything. We received helped getting all our luggage up into our room as well! Best stay, only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

We stayed in a room with a sea view and it was easy to open windows and listen to the sound of the surf. The best thing for us was the friendliness and helpful ness of the staff. It is something that made our stay outstanding. The laughter and the smiles of welcome were all meant and shared. It is something that is irreplaceable inn a holiday. Well done Premier Hotel!

The clerk checking us in was unhelpful and rude. She didn’t know the answer to any of our basic questions. There was one small soap for two people and none in the shower. Other employees were very nice.

We booked a hotel so we would not need to worry about load shedding but only half the hotel is serviced by the generator! We were without electricity for 2 hours! Staff seemed very unconcerned. No towels at the pool and no response to a request for some. Air conditioning in room was very noisy and did not work and it was very hot. Some of the staff were lovely and friendly but others were abrupt and disinterested. Will not be staying here again.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und sauber. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, noch kleiner ist das Bad (2 Personen gehen da nicht rein) welches nicht auf dem neusten Stand ist. Das Frühstückbuffet macht nicht wirklich Freude. Der Poolbereich ist absolut lieblos eingerichtet mit nur 10 Sonnenliegen, was bei der Grösse des Hotels viel zu wenig ist. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder!

Disappointing
We booked the Executive Suite King bed Seaview. There was nothing sweet/suite about it. It was very, very tiny. Certainly did not match any picture. We had 3 pieces of luggage (from the cruise ship) and no place to put them. Very cramped. The bathroom did not have any type of storage space for our toiletries either. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
