This is a really cool hotel - it’s small, but super clean with a really funky bar/restaurant and very helpful staff. One of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed at around the world.

The food was sub-par Our seafood dinner was delivered cold and dry Although the hotel was unique in some decor there were. a l ot of basics missing ftom the room,adequate storage space.The shower had mold stains in it. The location to the water front was good.

Everything was pretty good. The rooms could use a little bistro table and chairs. The breakfast wasn't very good. Specifically, the hot dishes. Too much pork. Not very good. The fruits and omlettes were the best part. Excellent service from all the staff from the front desk, dining area and housekeeping.

Very well located nearby (walking distance) the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Heritage building refurbished with a nice set up. The Hotel is small, adequate for leisure travelers, it is not suitable for business purpose. The room is fair space and comfortably for a couple. Good breakfast options. Very attentive staff and very friendly as well. We had nice stay there. No complaints.

Close to the V&A
The hotel is really well appointed and a 5 minute walk to the lovely Waterfront and the V&A centre. It is inexpensive yet very smart with good sized rooms. The restaurant is quirky and the food very good. Staff are friendly and good natured

Good location, friendly staff. However I was a bit shocked to have come across some cockroaches when I switched on the light in the middle of the night. Awkward that there was there was no actual cupboard, but rather some hangers by the bathroom.

Signature Lux Onomo
The Cleaning Staff didn't clean our room properly. On arrival, no towels, toilet paper, etc. were provided. The Structural design of this Hotel, makes me wonder? Dry wall partitioning between adjacent bedrooms is not desirable for privacy and peace and quiet. If my Neighbour slams his door, it vibrates through the whole bedroom. Aircon's filter was dirty and a lack of fresh air was lacking........ Not even a proper chair to sit on. I don't want to keep lying on my bed most of the time. Overall, I've expected much better of a Hotel with this Star qualification. At least the staff were friendly.

Avis mitigé... L'hôtel est bien placé, la décoration de la salle de restauration est impressionnante, la réhabilitation de cette ancienne warehouse est réussie. Pas de thé ni café no eau dans la chambre, mais une machine est disponible à chaque étage sans restriction. Cependant, la réceptionniste n'est pas accueillante (au contraire du reste du personnel), la chambre donnait directement sur des murs et des compresseurs (1er étage), les systèmes d'éclairage ne sont pas du tout pratique, il n'y a absolument aucun rangement ou étagère, et nous avons eu la présence de blattes la seconde nuit dans les WC/salle de douche...

Open window would have been nicer
Location in Waterfront not that good. During daytime fine but not at night. Coudnt open a window and airco was a bit cold. Only slept there and that was fine. Service was friendly and room was cleaned properly. Breakfast was so so the two times i took it. 1,5 wk Stay. Moved to independent studio afterwards.

Don’t stay here… room is a box with a tiny window… shower and toilet in the room… couldn’t turn on the tv…. This is a 2 star hotel… Nothing more… I read the reviews and don’t understand what people are talking about… though I was in the wrong hotel….
