Also included is a fully private studio apartment as one of the bedrooms.The property sits on 1.7acres, has 2850 sq feet of living space.Now we have access to our private 180 Feet water front on St Lawrence River which also has deck and dock for the boat.

We booked this house for 6 travelers with three trucks and boats for a fishing trip. Excellent place to stay. The place is clean and spacious, we are definitely going to be booking this house again.

The house was very roomy and we were able to spread out. The views are spectacular. Liked that we were minutes from the downtown area which has the cutest shops.

We absolutely loved this home! There was so much room and we had every kitchen appliance you could need. We all loved the rain showers!!! The views from both the front and back of the house were spectacular. We all had our morning coffee on the huge front porch, and spent hours there talking and reading. Great place to spend a vacation.

The house was beautiful with plenty of space. Glad to see the a/c in the upstairs as it was unexpectedly warm the last weekend of September! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic all the way around

Views were stunning. Plenty of room for our cousins reunion. We had 8 adults with more than enough room. Our host was responsive to our questions. Would stay there again. Easy to get to and close to attractions.

This home is so beautiful and clean! Everything we needed was already there, the house had plenty of room for all of us to spread out for a four day weekend! Our host was very accommodating and kind. Were had a great trip! Definitely recommend this property.

Nice place to stay near Cape Vincent.

Plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful decor, comfy couches, soft beds. We were not expecting A/C but it was there for us. The two units couldn’t quite keep up with the extra warm weather. So grateful for this large home with a view!

Excellent Stay!

This house is beautiful. Lots of space. All the beds were comfy. The kitchen/dining room was a great gathering space with a nice view of the St. Lawrence river. The location was convenient to Cape Vincent, where you can catch the ferry to Kingston, CA. And Alexandria Bay, where you can take a boat tour of the 1000 Islands and Boldt Castle. The host quickly responded to our questions. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Room for Everyone!

This property was perfect for our family reunion! The 6 bedrooms were perfect for our group along with two living rooms with couches for naps and that one relative who just stayed for part of the trip. We made good use of the outdoor fire pit each evening. It was also close enough to all of the Thousand Islands activities, but not in the middle of the tourist area.There could have been more towels, the bed linens weren’t great and not a lot of cleaning supplies, but we made do. Be sure to bring your own beach towels! We had an issue with the door lock, but the host came right over and took care of it.Overall, it was a great stay for our large group.

A Vacation to Remember

We were apprehensive about being the first renters of this property but those fears were quickly put to rest when the owner met us on site and walked us through the house. We were amazed at not just the beautiful views of the river, lake but also the upgraded amenities inside the house. From the beautiful large kitchen appliances to the cabinet full of every small kitchen appliance we could hope for to the multiple digital fireplace/heaters, the awesome shower fixtures, and the large washer and dryer it was obvious that at lot of thought and effort was put into preparing this property. Cape Vincent itself was a cute little town and also a good jumping off point to drive up to Kingston Ontario for the day. I would stay here again without hesitation!

This house worked out really well for a week long family vacation of 11 (9 adults, 2 children). There are 4 good-sized queen bedrooms upstairs that share 2 bathrooms. Also 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one downstairs and one set up as a separate in-law apartment above the kitchen. The kitchen and eating area was spacious and set up well for a large group. There was also plenty of living area for people to spread out and be comfortable. One minor irritation was the coded entry door that was difficult for children (and adults) to routinely go in and out of. There's plenty to do in the area. We did some exploring of the cute town of Cape Vincent and Tibbetts Point Lighthouse, some fishing, kayaking, hiking, boat tours, Bolt Castle, nearby State Park beaches, Lake Ontario beach day (Southwick Beach is amazing), plus just playing lawn games in the large yard. It was a memorable week for everyone.
