“Except for the following: 1. On route, we called the front desk and they could not confirm our booking, we had to send a mail then after a hour they confirmed . In the meantime, my family was panicking driving there for almost 6 hours without confirmation 2. The bathroom light was not working , had to call maintenance 3. The internet was not working then the next day we had poor coverage Other than the above, we have no other concerns ”

"The restaurant does not live up to the hotel standard. We booked as restaurant was open and then they suddenly closed and moved down to bar area. Staff was inexperienced and food was not balanced at all. Ceviche was to high acidity, chicken was dry and when asked for a brandy they served klipdrift with ice not even asking what kind of brandy i wanted. So restaurant was 1 out of 1. Breakfast was ok"
