Spacious and bright studio flat with equipped solarium veranda overlooking the sea, in a residential complex with swimming pool. It is possible to access the services of the adjacent hotel (bars, restaurants, tennis, wellness centre), the services are subject to charges. We are in Naregno, one of the longest beaches on the eastern side, a sand and gravel beach that slopes gently, suitable for families with children. It offers all possible services, bars, restaurants, sailing and catamaran school and diving center. A boat trip to the Costa dei Gabbiani is recommended.

The apartment is located on the first floor and measures approximately 50 m2, it is composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bed where it is possible to maintain privacy by closing the doors of the divider and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower. To complete the apartment, there is a terrace/solarium with windows and a splendid sea view. The apartment is equipped with TV, private parking included, shared barbecue and swimming pool. The rent will include the 2024 Residence card, free entry to the beach facilities with umbrella and two sunbeds and access to the two additional hotel swimming pools (the first swimming pool is always included).

It will also be possible to enjoy a rich buffet breakfast at the hotel from 7.30 to 9.30 in the morning at 12.00 euros per person per day. And for those who don't feel like cooking, dinner can be enjoyed at the hotel restaurant on the ground floor for 30.00 euros per person per day (excluding drinks) in low season (until 30 June and from 1 September) and at 35.00 euros in high season (from 1 July to 31 August) with a choice of three courses from the menu of the day.

- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
