Great hotel - clean and welcoming. Coffee available 24/7 with ice and filtered water. Honesty bar for fizzy drinks. Staff extremely helpful and courteous.

Excellent hotel, the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, modern and quiet. You dont hear anything between rooms or from the outside. Breakfast as a good selection (not massive but good enough). The staff is superb, especially Alessandra, but all of then were great. Location is fantastic, walking distancd to everywhere, 5 min to the main train station and couple minutes walk to the metro stop as well. Really happy with this stay.

Property did not meet expectations. No advance info that bar and restaurant closed for renovation. No service except a tiny counter for coffee and tea. Lobby rug was soiled with obvious stains in many areas.
Valet/transportation service was excellent.

Breakfast costs extra, 12.50 Euros pp. It has a variety of items on the buffet. No hot items. No kettle or coffee maker in room. ..."
