From every corner of the villa, the view is simply breathtaking: the Bay of Naples stretches out before you, with the majestic Vesuvius in the background. You couldn't ask for a better location: just a few steps away from the famous Grotta Azzurra, this villa offers privileged access to one of Italy's most iconic natural treasures.
Inside, you will discover five finely appointed double rooms, each with its own private bathroom, creating an ambience of comfort and intimacy for you and your guests. The interiors are an impeccable fusion of past and present. Antiques blend harmoniously with contemporary elements, giving it an elegant and airy atmosphere.
The 300 sqm garden and large terrace invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, perfect for al fresco dining and evenings under the stars. And to ensure your comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV.
All this can become a reality from just EUR 1,000 per week. Please note that this amount does not include final cleaning, electricity over 100 Kw/h per week and a small check-in fee for arrivals after 5pm.
The recently renovated villa boasts a typical Caprese style architecture and is nestled in a serene location surrounded by exotic vegetation including maritime pine trees, olive trees, and cypress trees. The outdoor space includes a 300mq garden, and a large terrace perfect for al-fresco dining. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, and satellite TV. Prices start at €1,000 per week, excluding final cleaning, electricity over 100 Kw/h per week, and a check-in fee for arrivals after 5:00 pm.

Description
Villa Felicia is conveniently located on the island of Capri and is furnished in a classic 1950's style with luxurious period furniture. The Villa is situated within walking distance of the famous Piazzetta and less than 10 minutes walk from the beach of Marina Piccola.
The well-kept gardens are approximately 500 square metres in size and boast specimens of Mediterranean plants. The villa, which is divided into two independent levels connected by a communal garden, comprises five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a dining room and a panoramic terrace, making it an ideal retreat for large families and/or a group of friends.
Villa Prestige '50 has, in fact, hosted some of the most celebrated parties held on the island of Capri and is an emblem of luxury, privacy and exclusivity. It is just a ten-minute walk from "La Piazzetta", the historic square in the centre of Capri, and at the same distance (10 minutes) you can reach the beach of Marina Piccola. A small supermarket and a local restaurant are only 300 metres away, while all the main services such as banks, bars, boutiques are in the centre of Capri. Getting around the island is easy. Apart from walking, there is a bus stop located very close to the villa, while taxis are available all over the island.
A transfer service can also be arranged on request.

Accommodation

Villa Felicia has four double rooms, one twin room and five bathrooms, comfortably accommodating ten to twelve people. The villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience on Capri.

Structure

Upper Floor:

Entering the upper floor through a refined corridor, one finds a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofas and French doors leading to a splendid panoramic terrace. This open-air space, furnished with elegant outdoor furniture, offers a breathtaking view of the sea.

Behind the main living room, through charming arches and pillars, is a formal dining room that can seat up to ten people around an antique wooden table. Adjacent to the living room, a smaller, cosier TV room with sofas offers further access to the light-filled terrace.

The spacious kitchen, elegantly decorated with hand-painted tiles, is fully equipped with a 5-burner hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare gourmet meals.

Bedrooms - Upper Floor:

Villa Felicia can comfortably accommodate ten to twelve guests in four double rooms and one twin room. The ground floor houses two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom, generous in size, includes a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, as well as having direct access to the main terrace and gardens. The second double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and an additional single bed, the third bedroom includes a double bed with wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, the fourth bedroom includes a double bed with walk-in wardrobe and refined shower room with travertine marble inserts, the twin bedroom has a double bed or twin beds includes a 3-door wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Dependance:

Through the lush gardens and down a wide staircase, one arrives at the entrance to the dependance, an independent flat with direct access from the main road. This space includes a cosy living/dining room with TV corner and wooden furniture, as well as a functional kitchenette. The sleeping area offers three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, with two ensuite bathrooms and a third recently renovated bathroom with a spacious shower.

On the ground floor there is also a separate bathroom with washing machine and cleaning equipment, providing all modern conveniences such as TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Gardens and Outdoor Spaces

Villa Felicia is surrounded by 500 square metres of well-tended Mediterranean gardens that ensure maximum privacy. On the upper level, two furnished terraces offer ideal spaces to relax while admiring the view. With cushioned sofas, lounge chairs and a dining table for twelve, the terraces are perfect for al fresco dining.

The gardens also include corners shaded by pine trees, ideal for quiet moments. An outdoor shower in the garden offers refreshment after a day of sun and sea.

Villa Felicia is located just a ten minute walk from the historic Piazzetta of Capri and the beach of Marina Piccola. A small supermarket and a local restaurant offer convenience, whilst the island's main facilities, such as banks, bars and boutiques, are within easy reach in the centre of Capri.

Getting around the island is simple with bus stops nearby and taxis available everywhere. On request, a transfer service can be organised for an even more comfortable experience.
