Villa Marinella is a romantic and welcoming three-story villa situated in a quiet location, at a short distance from the famous Piazzetta of Capri. It sleeps three people. From Villa Marinella you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea, of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings. Villa Marinella is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features two private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Capri, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store at 400 meters (440 yards), the Capri funicular railway station at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet) and the largest beach of Capri (Marina Grande) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Marinella going up a public route that includes approximately 150 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Marinella (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).

Entrance LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 85 square meters (915 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant pergola. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs, as well as with four sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea, the hamlet and the greenery.
First Bottom LevelLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant, featuring some hand-made pieces by local artisans, and include a L-shaped leather sofa and two armchairs. There is an impressive fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include three bedroom chairs. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
Second Bottom LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with two masonry benches, as well as with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the valley and of the greenery.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and one electric burner, a microwave/oven combo, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The room has no windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
