“We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our dogs. 1st impression of walking into the hotel was not good. Looked dirty and run down. The front desk staff said as few words to us as possible. She wasn't rude, just not helpful. She asked our name. We let her know we were traveling with 2 dogs. She handed us the paperwork for the dogs and told us to fill it out. She looked at our driver's license and handed it back to us. She then handed us our room keys. We asked if we needed to come in the front...

“There was hair in bed when comforter pulled down. The bathroom amenities were empty - no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. I spoke to staff and they said they weren’t able to “compensate” me or give a discount because room was booked on Expedia.”

“Being a Hampton Inn I expected more, overall it was good, the breakfast was standard fare and did the job. Parking was good. The worst thing was we were there for 8 days and had to beg for towels, empty trash. Our bed made only once. I asked the front desk after a couple days for housekeeping to come and do a full clean - vacuum, mop, trash, bed etc. Not done! We paid good money and never been so disappointed. The staff was nice enough but doesn’t excuse the lack of cleaning.”

“When we check-in the first day the front desk was really helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is about the breakfast, staff and the room. First, the breakfast the food and the coffee run out we went to tell the person that the food is out. She roll her eye at us and look us from the top to bottom. And the reason why I said “we” is cuz is not just me that went to tell the person in the kitchen to fill more food. There’s couple of people that went to tell them. When we went there, we saw...

“Hotel was build together with a Hampton hotel. Many of the amenities such as pool, exercise room etc are actually next door requiring a long walk. When I checked in, was given room 205…it was suggested that I could carry my luggage up the stairs OR use the elevator…in that order…I understand once I found the elevator about 75 yards basically in the Hampton. We used the stairs after that including bouncing our suitcases”

“Close to the 90 and Mt Rushmore. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Warm fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Used the whirlpool and pool and liked them fine. Across the street from Mongolian BBQ which we loved. Clean comfortable room and beds.”
