This two-story villetta can accommodate up to 4 people but is also ideal for a couple seeking a romantic getaway. Upon entering, on the ground floor, you will find an open space that includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious round window seat with three large windows that look out onto the lake and mountain. A perfect place for reading and daydreaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Upon ascending the stairs, on the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a King size bed and a bedroom with a French size bed – one with a large built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a spacious bathtub. The bedroom with the french size bed does not have AC, however there is a portable fan. The property is equipped with WiFi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and all other appliances you may need to make your stay comfortable.



The house is situated not only directly on the lake but also close to restaurants, cafes and a lido.

Acqua Dolce, Filo d'Olio, Millesimo are all restaurants (lunch-dinner) about 600 meters away.

The lido di Moltrasio, the Imperialino , La Vecchina, and Posta are in the opposite direction about 800 meters away.
